Definitions
- the invention relates to a press for pressing out good items, in particular laundry items, with a pressure container in the pressing location, the opening of which can be closed by a counterplate, and a receiving container for receiving the good item in the filling location and its transport on a plate into the pressing location under the pressure container.
- a press of the type mentioned is already known, in which the good item in the form of a laundry item in the filling location falls from a washing machine into an open frame. This is then moved under the raised pressure vessel in the press location, from where it is pulled back into the filling location after opening the front wall. East p on the remaining property of the pressure vessel is lowered. By introducing pressurized water, a membrane present in the pressure container is then pressed against the good item and the latter is pressed out.
- the disadvantage here is that the relatively loose good item remains after the retraction of the frame without lateral support and can easily fall apart. This allows parts of the good item to get out of the pressing surface, so that the pressing process must be interrupted and the good item must be straightened by hand. This means an interruption of the otherwise automatic process, which sometimes interferes with the entire treatment process of the treatment line.
- the object of the invention is therefore to improve a press of the type mentioned in such a way that the good item is safely brought into the pressure vessel without interference.
- This object is achieved by the invention in that the pressure vessel is stationary in the press location at a distance above the plate, that the receptacle has a height corresponding to the distance between the pressure vessel and the plate, and that the counterplate can be moved into the pressure vessel through the receptacle .
- the advantages that can be achieved with the invention are, in particular, that the item of goods is transported into the pressure container after being filled into the receptacle with all-round encasing. It is therefore not possible for any part of the good item to separate after filling into the receptacle and to assume a position in which the pressing process is disrupted.
- the transition from the pretreatment machine, e.g. the washing machine, to the aftertreatment machine, e.g. a deficiency or a dryer is inevitable. A disturbance due to good parts falling out is excluded.
- the press according to the invention therefore increases functional reliability and ensures trouble-free pressing operation.
- the press for pressing out good items in particular laundry items, but also skins and the like.
- On the plate 2 is a cylindrical receptacle 4 slidably mounted so that it can be moved from the filling position shown in solid lines in FIGS. 1 and 2 in the filling location to the right into the dot-dash position in the pressing location and back again.
- a pulling means 6, such as a chain placed at both ends via wheels 5, which is connected by bolts 7 to the receptacle 4, is provided as a means of transport on both sides.
- the wheels 5 in the filling location are rotatably connected to one another by a shaft 8.
- a reversible switchable geared motor 9 is connected to an extension of the shaft 8 in order to set the traction means 6 and thus the receptacle 4 in one direction or the other.
- a bell-shaped pressure vessel 10 is arranged above the plate 2 with its opening facing down on columns 11 mounted laterally next to the base frame.
- an elastic membrane 12 is inserted in the pressure vessel 10. This lies with a sealing edge 13 sealingly on the inner surface of the pressure vessel 10.
- the membrane 12 is stiffened by a ring 14 embedded in the vicinity of the sealing edge 13, which rests against stops 15 in order to prevent penetration into the interior of the pressure container 10.
- the pressure vessel 10 has a pipeline 16 for introducing and discharging pressure medium, such as pressurized water, which is connected to a pressure pump or the like (not shown) and a correspondingly controllable line system. It can be seen that the membrane 12 by pumping out the pressure medium.
- the flat position can be brought into the position substantially against the inner surface of the pressure vessel 10.
- a detachable intermediate ring 17 the inside diameter of which corresponds approximately to that of the diaphragm 12 when it is sucked up.
- This inner diameter also corresponds to that of the receptacle 4.
- the height of the receptacle 4 is the distance between the plate 2 and the pressure vessel 10 including the intermediate ring 17th adapted so that the receptacle 4 can be moved with little play under the pressure vessel 10 in the press location.
- a lifting device 19 is provided, which e.g. consists of a pair of scissors levers 20, one end of which is articulated in an eye 21 in the bottom of the base frame 1 and an eye 22 on the underside of a lifting plate 27 on which the counter plate 18 lies loosely.
- the other end of the pair of scissors levers is equipped with rollers 23 which run along the bottom of the base frame 1 and on the underside of the lifting plate 27.
- an actuating cylinder 25 engages, which is mounted on the rear wall of the base frame 1. It can be seen that by extending the piston of the actuating cylinder 25, the counter plate 18 can be raised up into the closed position indicated by dash-dotted lines, in which it lies within the intermediate ring 17 and closes the opening of the pressure container 10. For this purpose, it has an annular groove 26 on the circumference, into which locking bolts 28 or similar locking means engage in the radial position in the intermediate ring 17 in order to connect the counter plate 18 to the pressure vessel 10 in a form-fitting manner. The locking bolts 28 are moved into and out of the locking position by adjusting means known per se.
- the receptacle 4 also has a stop 29 on its front side facing the pressure container 10.
- a conveyor belt 30 is provided on the end of the base frame 1 opposite the receiving container 4.
- a lid 31 is articulated on the pressure container 10 and is moved by an actuating cylinder 32 from the oblique filling position into the closed position indicated by dash-dotted lines the closed position the lid 31 on the receptacle 4 and closes the filling opening.
- a good item can be poured into the receptacle 4 by a chute 33 which is tilted downwards from the raised position into the filling position shown in dash-dot lines.
- the lid 31 is pivoted downward, so that any protruding parts of the good item are pressed down into the receptacle 4.
- the traction means 7 is set in clockwise motion, so that the receptacle 4 on the plate 2 is moved into the pressing location above the counter plate 18.
- the counter plate 18 is raised and brought into the closed position, in which it is locked by the locking bolts 28.
- the good item is conveyed into a closed channel from the receptacle 4 into the pressure vessel. Then the lifting plate 27 is lowered again and the receptacle 4 is moved back into the filling location. After the cover 31 has been folded up, the next good item can already be filled.
- pressure medium is introduced into the pressure container 10 and the membrane 12 is thereby pressed downward against the good item.
- the liquid squeezed out here flows down through holes 34 in the counterplate 18 into the base frame 1 designed as a collecting container and through a hole 35 to the outside.
- the pressure medium is pumped out of the pressure vessel 10.
- the lifting plate 27 moves upwards and lies against the counter plate 18, which is now unlocked.
- the pressed-out good item is also brought into the transport plane of the receptacle 4.
- the pressed good item is thus pushed through the stop 29 onto the conveyor belt 30 and onto the next handling machine, such as a dryer, for example. a defect or the like.
- FIGS. 3 and 4 The embodiment of FIGS. 3 and 4 is similar to that of FIGS. 1 and 2. The same parts have therefore been given the same reference numbers.
- the counter plate 18 sits on a press cylinder 36, which is preferably telescopic.
- the counter plate 18 serves as a press plate and penetrates into the approximately cylindrical pressure vessel 10 in order to press out the good item.
- the squeezed water flows through holes 37 in the pressure vessel 10 into an externally attached ring 38 and is derived therefrom in a manner not shown.
- a door 39 is provided on the front side, the door leaves of which are set by the actuating cylinder 40 from the closed position to the open position shown in broken lines in FIG which the press cylinder 36 can pass through.
- the door 39 is closed and the next good item can be filled into the receptacle 4. Otherwise the pressing process runs in the manner described. from, the pressure being applied by the pressure medium introduced into the press cylinder 40.
- a membrane 12 can of course also be provided in the pressure vessel 10.
- a membrane can also be arranged on the counterplate 18, possibly in addition to the membrane in the pressure vessel 10.
- the receptacle 4 can also be arranged on a rotating mechanism.

Description
The invention relates to a press for pressing out good items, in particular laundry items, with a pressure container in the pressing location, the opening of which can be closed by a counterplate, and a receiving container for receiving the good item in the filling location and its transport on a plate into the pressing location under the pressure container.
From DE-OS 23 22 013 a press of the type mentioned is already known, in which the good item in the form of a laundry item in the filling location falls from a washing machine into an open frame. The disadvantage here is that the relatively loose good item remains after the retraction of the frame without lateral support and can easily fall apart. This allows parts of the good item to get out of the pressing surface, so that the pressing process must be interrupted and the good item must be straightened by hand. This means an interruption of the otherwise automatic process, which sometimes interferes with the entire treatment process of the treatment line.
The object of the invention is therefore to improve a press of the type mentioned in such a way that the good item is safely brought into the pressure vessel without interference. This object is achieved by the invention in that the pressure vessel is stationary in the press location at a distance above the plate, that the receptacle has a height corresponding to the distance between the pressure vessel and the plate, and that the counterplate can be moved into the pressure vessel through the receptacle .
The advantages that can be achieved with the invention are, in particular, that the item of goods is transported into the pressure container after being filled into the receptacle with all-round encasing. It is therefore not possible for any part of the good item to separate after filling into the receptacle and to assume a position in which the pressing process is disrupted. The transition from the pretreatment machine, e.g. the washing machine, to the aftertreatment machine, e.g. a deficiency or a dryer is inevitable. A disturbance due to good parts falling out is excluded. The press according to the invention therefore increases functional reliability and ensures trouble-free pressing operation.

The press for pressing out good items, in particular laundry items, but also skins and the like. In the press location, a bell-
Coaxial to the
The
It can be seen that when the
After the
The embodiment of FIGS. 3 and 4 is similar to that of FIGS. 1 and 2. The same parts have therefore been given the same reference numbers. The
In order to be able to move the
