Claims (6)

1) Verfahren zur Herstellung von Tragriegeln, Profilen, Balken und dgl. aus gepreßten, mit Bindemitteln vermischten pflanzlichen Kleinteilen, insbesondere Holzkleinteilen, mit einem zur Anwendung als biegesteifer Balken geeigneten Querschnitt, beispielsweise in Form eines I-Profiles, bei dem die Kleinteile in einen von mehreren Preßstempeln gebildeten HoMraum eingefüllt werden, worauf zunächst die dem Gurtbereich zugeordneten Preßstempel und danach die den Seitenflächen zugeordneten Preßstempel gegeneinander zum Verdichten des Gemenges, ggf. wiederholt, in Preßstellung gebracht werden, und daß daraufhin eine Nachpressung der Gurtbereiche unter Aufrechterhaltung des auf die Seitenflächen einwirkenden Preßdruckes erfolgt, bevor der Preßling unter Warmeeinwirkung und Aufrechterhaltung des Preßdruckes ausgehärtet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Hohlraum zwischen die Preßstempel mindestens eine, vorzugsweise zwei einander gegenüberliegende, brettförmige Streifen aus druckübertragungsfähigem Material, z.B. Naturholz, faserverstärkten Kunststoffschichten oder dgl. mit einer Leim- und/oder Kunstharzbeschichtung versehen eingelegt werden, welche die Kleinteile zwischen sich begrenzen, und daß der Preßdruck über dieses Schichten auf die Kleinteile ausgeübt wird.1) Process for the production of support bars, profiles, beams and the like.
