Claims (7)

1. Dispositif de sécurité contre le relevage des stores à lamelles, comprenant un chariot (5) qui est accouplé cinématiquement à au moins l'une des lamelles pour les mouvements d'élévation et d'abaissement et qui peut se déplacer linéairement le long de parties de châssis fixes (7, 7a) du store, ainsi qu'au moins un levier à cliquet de blocage, qui peut pivoter sur le chariot (5), dans le plan d'élévation du store et dont le blocage s'effectue lors de l'élévation du chariot sans actionnement de l'entraînement (11), par une translation linéaire (19,21) du point d'articulation sur le chariot (5) et l'entrée en contact de frottement de sa partie de blocage terminale (17) avec des parties (7a) du châssis, caractérisé en ce que le levier (15) est monté sur le chariot (5) de telle manière que la distance (ra, rb) de la partie de blocage terminale (17) au point d'articulation (19) du levier (15) sur la chariot (5) diminue lorsqu'on se rapproche de la position de blocage avec un angle de pivotement (ψ) de 90° du levier par rapport à la direction d'élévation du store (H), et en ce que, dans la position de blocage, le levier (15) est immobilisé dans le sens qui l'empêche de continuer à basculer.
2. Dispositif de sécurité contre le relevage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le levier (15) est monté sur le chariot (5) au moyen d'une liaison à tourillon et rainure (19, 21), la rainure (21) étant déterminée par une courbe (m) qui est définie par des vecteurs par rapport à la partie de blocage (17), vecteurs dont l'amplitude decroît avec l'accroissement de l'angle d'attitude (<p) en sens inverse de la direction d'élévation.
3. Dispositif de sécurité contre le relevage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu sur le chariot (5), une butée (25) destinée à coopérer avec le levier (15), pour l'empêcher de continuer à basculer au-delà d'une position formant un angle d'environ 90° par rapport à la direction d'élévation (H) du chariot (5).
4. Dispositif de sécurité contre le relevage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le levier peut être accouplé , entre son articulation (19) sur le chariot (5) et une partie de blocage (17), à un entraînement de relevage (11, 13) agissant sur le store, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, sur le chariot (5), une butée (27) contre laquelle le levier (15) s'appuie lorsqu'il prend une position angulaire d'au moins 90° environ par rapport à la direction d'élévation (H) dans ce sens, l'accouplement (13) entre le levier (15) et l'entraînement (11) étant placé entre cette butée (27) et la partie de blocage (17), de telle façon que le levier (15) bascule au moins tout d'abord autour de cette butée (27) lors de son basculement vers le haut lorsqu'il quitte sa position de blocage, sous l'action de l'entraînement (11).
5. Dispositif de sécurité contre le relevage selon les revendications 2 et 4, caractérisé en ce que la courbe (m) est définie, au moins dans la région du plus grand angle d'attitude, avec au moins approximativement une courbe (rb) qui a la butée (27) comme centre de courbure.
6. Dispositif de sécurité contre le relevage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie de blocage est constituée par une arête (17).
7. Store à lamelles équipé d'un dispositif de sécurité contre le relevage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6.
