Abstract

1. A light comprising at least one lamp (4) and a reflector (3) which is supported on a frame (1) bordering an opening in a false ceiling (19), and a holding loop arrangement (2) which carries the frame (1), characterised in that the false ceiling (19) can be clamped between the frame (1) and the holding loop arrangement (2) by the holding loop arrangement (2) having mountings (11) for at least one and preferably two spindles (12) which each carry a respective clamping portion (13) and that springs (15) engage on the one hand the frame (1) and on the other hand the clamping portions (13).
