Dabei ist, da diese Zustellung auf derselben Längsführung erfolgt wie die Verschiebung des Werkstückes zum Außenschleifen, eine hohe Genauigkeit der Werkstück-Oberflächen erzielbar. Die drehbare Platte am Werkstück-Längsschlitten ermöglicht ein automatisches Bearbeiten verschiedener Oberflächen, insbesondere wenn sowohl konische als auch zylindrische Oberflächenabschnitte vorhanden sind, ohne daß manuelle Eingriffe nötig sind. Auf den Längsführungen eines Maschinengrundkörpers 1 (Fig. 1 und 2) sind ein linker Längsschlitten 2 und ein rechter Längsschlitten 3 montiert. An dem Spindelstock 8 ist auf der Höhe der Achse des Werkstücks 11 konsolenartig eine Abrichteinrichtung 12 für das Abrichten des Umfangs und der Stirnfläche einer Außenschleifscheibe 13 montiert. Auf den Querführungen, die auf dem rechten Längsschlitten 3 ausgebildet sind, ist ein Querschlitten 14 mit einer Vorrichtung 15 zum Quervorschub der Innenschleifscheibe angebracht. An der oberen Oberfläche des Querschlittens 14 ist eine Spindeleinheit 16 zum Innenschleifen montiert, die eine Spindel 17 zum Innenschleifen trägt. Auf den Längsführungen des Körpers 1 ist starr ein Schutzschild 23 montiert, der durch in den beiden Längsschlitten 2 und 3 ausgebildete Hohlräume verläuft. Auf der oberen Fläche des Schutzschilds 23 sind Einrichtungen 24 und 25 für eine aktive Kontrolle des Innenschleifens und des Außenschleifens sowie eine drehbare Abrichteinrichtung 26 für das Abrichten der Stirnfläche und des Umfangs der Innenschleifscheibe 22 angeordnet. A support 27 is fastened to the rear part of the body, on the upper part of which, perpendicularly or at an angle of 60 ° with respect to the axis of the workpiece 11 to be machined, transverse guides 28 are fastened, on which an external grinding support 29 with a device 30 is attached to the cross feed of the outer grinding wheel. In the front part of the support 29, a spindle unit 31 for external grinding and a device 32 for axially positioning the workpiece 11 to be machined are mounted. The spindle unit 31 can be mounted on the support 29 in two positions: vertically or at an angle of 15 to 20 ° with respect to the transverse guides 28.
