Diese weiteren Maschinenelemente sind im Stand der Technik entweder weitere Richtbögen oder eine am Ende angeordnete Antriebseinrichtung. Diese übernimmt das zu richtende Gut dann wieder so, daß der übernommene Bereich wieder in Einlaufrichtung fließt, wie deutlich der Figur 3 entnommen werden kann. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe bei einem Verfahren der eingangs beschriebenen Art dadurch gelöst, daß die im Richtbogen durch Ablenkung erzwungene Abweichung von der Einlaufgeraden ungefähr als Auslaufrichtung aus dem Richtbogen beibehalten wird. Uberraschenderweise hat diese Maßnahme in der praktischen Erprobung dazu geführt, daß an den Enden der zu richtenden Rundmaterialstangen nur noch sehr geringe Richtfehler auftreten und diese sich nur über einen wesentlich kürzeren Bereich erstrecken. Der immer noch vorhandene Richtfehler ist hierbei so gering, daß er vielfach in der Weiterverarbeitung dieser Stangen, beispielsweise durch spitzenloses Schleifen, nicht mehr hinderlich ist, sondern durch die Schleifoperation eliminiert wird. Hierbei kann es vorteilhaft sein, als nachfolgenden Richtbogen einen Richtbogen mit enger zusammenstehenden Richtdüsen anzuordnen, damit im fortlaufenden Richtprozeß immer kürzere Welligkeiten erfaßt werden. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe bei einer Einrichtung der eingangs beschriebenen Art dadurch gelöst, daß jede Einrichtung zum Übernehmen des Rundmaterials hinter einer Auslaufrichtdüse mindestens mit ihren Übernahmeelementen so ausgerichtet oder so ausrichtbar ist, daß das aus der Auslaufrichtdüse austretende Rundmaterial unter der im Richtbogen erzwungenen Abweichung gegenüber der Einlaufgeraden ohne nennenswerte Richtungsänderungen übernommen wird. Hierdurch wird es möglich, beispielsweise einen Richtvorgang herkömmlicher Art in mehreren, in üblicher Weise hintereinander geschalteten oder überlagerten Richtbögen durchzuführen, dem sich dann durch die entsprechende Einrichtung zum Übernehmen des Rundmaterials in entsprechender Ausrichtung das Verfahren nach der Erfindung anschließt. Es ist hierbei durchaus möglich, die Richtdüse 18 als Auslaufrichtdüse eines Richtbogens 19 (Figur 2) anzuordnen. In diesem Richtbogen 19 sind dann die einzelnen Richtdüsen möglichst eng nebeneinander angeordnet und weisen nur einen relativ geringen radialen Versatz relativ zueinander auf. Der Richtbogen 19, welcher auf dem unbeweglichen Untersatz 13 angeordnet sein kann, dient nur dem Richten von kleinen, kurzwelligen Ungeradheiten. Hierbei kann die relative Anordnung des Richtbogens 19 zum Reibradpaar 16 in herkömmlicher Art sein, sodaß die Auslaufrichtung gleich oder mindestens parallel zur Einlaufrichtung ist. Es ist aber auch möglich, die dem Richtbogen 19 nachfolgenden Bauelemente oder Richtbögen so anzuordnen, daß die Auslaufrichtung aus der Richtdüse 18 des Richtbogens 19 beibehalten wird und von der nächsten Richtdüse, beispielsweise der Einlaufrichtdüse 15 des Richtbogens 1 zwanglos übernommen wird. Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist die relative Anordnung von Richtbogen 19 und Reibradpaar 16 der Einfachheit halber in herkömmlicher Weise vorgesehen, sodaß das aus der Richtdüse 18 des Richtbogens 19 austretende Rundmaterial 20 von der Einlaufrichtdüse 15 zunächst zurückgebogen wird in die Einlaufrichtung des Pfeiles 21.When the round material 20 leaves the friction wheel pair 16 in the transport direction, it is taken over by a straightening nozzle 18 (FIG. 1) and threaded into the inlet straightening nozzle 15. Hierzu wird das Rundmaterial 20 aus der Einlaufrichtdüse 15 in Richtung des Pfeiles 21 weiter bewegt und von der Umlenkrichtdüse 10, welche im Ausführungsbeispiel auf dem lageveränderlichen Untersatz 9 angeordnet ist, übernommen und weiter in die Auslaufrichtdüse 6 geführt. Die Auslaufrichtdüse 6 ist ebenfalls auf dem lageveränderlichen Untersatz 9 angeordnet. Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Anordnung der Umlenkrichtdüse 10 und der Auslaufrichtdüse 6 auf dem lageveränderlichen Untersatz derart, daß das zu richtende Rundmaterial 20 etwa tangential zum engsten Querschnitt der genannten Richtdüsen an diesen zur Anlage kommt, so wie in den Figuren 1 und 2 erkennbar. Diese Art der Berührung zwischen dem zu richtenden Rundmaterial 20 und den genannten Richtdüsen ist zwar besonders vorteilhaft, aber nicht zwingend notwendig. Im Ausführungsbeispiel wird hierzu das gerichtete Rundmaterial 7 von der Einlaufrichtdüse 8 eines weiteren, auf dem lageveränderlichen Untersatz 9 angeordneten Richtbogens 5 zwanglos übernommen, hinter dem Richtbogen 5 ist wiederum ein antreibbares Reibradpaar 17 in bekannter Weise zum Weitertransport des gerichteten Rundmaterials 7 vorgesehen. Die Nachschaltung eines weiteren Richtbogens 5 hat jedoch den Vorteil, daß hier noch einmal kleine, kurzwellige Ungeradheiten nachgerichtet werden können. Hierbei kann die Anordnung so sein, daß das Reibradpaar 17 leicht geschwenkt ist, sodaß es das aus dem Richtbogen 5 auslaufende Rundmaterial 7 ohne neue Richtungsänderung übernimmt. Dies wäre dann eine Anordnung nach der hier vorliegenden Erfindung. Da die im Richtbogen 5 noch zu richtenden Beträge in aller Regel kleiner sind als die geforderte Geradheitstoleranz der gesamten, zu richtenden Rundmaterialstange, ist eine solche Anordnung nicht unbedingt erforderlich. Es ist durchaus möglich, das Reibradpaar 17 so anzuordnen, daß das aus dem Richtbogen auslaufende Rundmaterial wieder in dieselbe Richtung zurückgeholt wird wie das in die Einlaufrichtdüse 8 des Richtbogens 5 einlaufende Rundmaterial 7. Die sich hierdurch ergebende Endenabbiegung ist ihrer Größe nach so klein, daß sie hingenommen werden kann. Dies liegt daran, daß die Hauptrichtarbeit im Richtbogen 1 vorgenommen wurde und der Richtbogen 5 so gestaltet ist, daß nur sehr kleine, kurzwellige Geradheitsabweichungen gerichtet werden. In einer Anordnung nach den dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen ist daher der Richtbogen 5 in Kombination mit dem Reibradpaar 17 in seiner Gesamtheit als Einrichtung zum Übernehmen des Rundmaterials hinter dem Richtbogen 1 anzusehen.The addition of a further straightening sheet 5 has the advantage, however, that small, short-wave unevenness can be re-aligned here. Es soll besonders darauf hingewiesen werden, daß die schwenkbare Anordnung des lageveränderlichen Untersatzes 9 nicht die einzig mögliche Gestaltung einer Richtmaschine zur Ausführung des erfindungsgemäßen Richtverfahrens ist. Es ist beispielsweise durchaus denkbar, die gesamte Einrichtung 14 bzw. 14a und den Richtbogen 1 gemeinsam auf einem festen Maschinengestell anzuordnen. Hierbei können dann die Richtdüsen 6, 10 und 15 des Richtbogens 1 in herkömmlicher Weise schwenkbar und radial versetzbar und ggf. noch zusätzlich um die Hochachse drehbar sein. Claims (15)

1. Method for straightening drawn round stock (20) by moving the said stock forward in lengthwise direction (21) and simultaneously rotating the stock about the longitudinal axis and thereby briefly deflecting the stock from a straight line (2) in a straightening arc (1) containing straightening dies whereby the yield point of the stock is exceeded, characterized in that the deflection from the straight line (2) enforced in the straightening arc is approximately kept as the exit path (4) out of the straightening arc (1).
2. Method according to claim 1 characterized in that the exit path of a preceding straightening arc (1) is approximately the entry path for a following straightening arc (5).
3. Apparatus for carrying out the method according to claims 1 and 2 for straightening drawn round stock (20) with at least one drive means (17, 16) for advancing the stock (20) axially and rotating and at least one straightening arc (1) each consisting of at least a deflecting die (10), an exit die (6) and a device (14, 14a) for introducing the stock into the deflecting die as well as a device having at least one receiving element for receiving the round stock behind an exit die (6) characterized in that each device (5, 17) for receiving the round stock (20) behind the exit die (6) is oriented or can be oriented behind an exit die at least by its receiving elements (8, 17) so that the round stock (7) leaving the exit die (6) with the deflection from the straight line enforced by the straightening arc (1) is received without a mentionable change of direction.
4. Apparatus according to claim 3 characterized in that at least a device for receiving the round stock is formed by a further straightening arc (5) containing straightening dies.
5. Apparatus according to claims 3 and 4 characterized in that in a series of more straightening arcs (15) an entry die (8) forms the receiving element of the following straightening arc (5) respectively.
6. Apparatus according to claims 3 to 5 characterized in that at least the device for receiving the round stock (7) behind the first straightening arc (1) is mounted on a movable frame (9).
7. Apparatus according to claim 6 characterized in that the exit die (6) of the first straightening arc (1) is mounted on the same movable frame (9).
8. Apparatus according to claim 7 characterized in that also the deflecting die (10) of the first straightening arc (1) is mounted on the same movable frame (9).
9. Apparatus according to claims 6 to 8 characterized in that the frame is pivotable about an axis (11) perpendicular to the plane in which the curved round stock (7) lies in the straightening arc (1).
10. Apparatus according to claim 3 characterized in that an adjusted or adjustable device for receiving the round stock (7) is arranged at least behind the last exit die of all straightening arcs.
11. Apparatus according to claims 3 to 10 characterized in that the deflecting die (10) of at least the first straightening arc (1) is pivotable independently of the frame (9).
12. Apparatus according to claims 3 to 10 characterized in that the exit die (6) of at least the first straightening arc (1) is pivotable about its axis independently of the frame (9).
13. Apparatus according to claims 3 to 10 characterized in that the device for introducing the round stock (7) of at least the first straightening arc (1) is mounted on an immovable frame (13).
14. Apparatus according to claims 3 to 7 characterized in that the entry die (15) of at least the first straightening arc (1) is mounted on an immovable frame (13).
15. Apparatus according to claims 3 to 7 and 9 to 14 characterized in that the deflecting die (10) of the first straightening arc (1) is also mounted on an immovable frame (13).
