Definitions
- the invention relates to a blowing device for removing accumulations in storage silos for bulk goods by air blows, with a compressed air storage container, with a compressed air discharge tube immersed in the compressed air storage container, with a compressed air inlet connection for the compressed air storage container, which can be connected to a compressed air network Quick exhaust valve and a multi-way valve arranged upstream of the quick exhaust valve, a valve closing body which can be acted upon by compressed air being guided between the open position and the closed position in the compressed air storage container and, in the closed position, is pressed against the immersion end of the compressed air blow-out tube designed as a valve seat.
- Such a blowing device is also known as an air cannon and allows a stored compressed air volume to flow through the compressed air blow-out pipe, which has a relatively large cross-section, in fractions of a second into the critical silo zones in which the bulk material has settled or has settled. From the suddenly released compressed air, an air blast results, which overcomes the static friction of the fixed bulk material, so that the pent-up bulk material then flows away in normal gravity flow with low sliding friction.
- damming means bridging, funnel formation, chimney formation, caking or the like of bulk material.
- a blowing device of the type described in the opening paragraph in which the valve closing body guided between the mouth of the compressed air inlet connection in the compressed air storage container and the immersion end of the compressed air discharge pipe is in the open position on the mouth of the compressed air inlet connection when the compressed air storage container is not loaded and only in the course of loading the compressed air storage container against the immersion end of the compressed air blow-out pipe is pressed in the closed position, so that the compressed air enters the compressed air storage tank but cannot escape from the compressed air blow-out pipe.
- the immersion end of the compressed air blow-out pipe is not closed. This results in a considerable risk of contamination. Because it is not excluded that foreign gases and / or bulk material get through the compressed air blow-out pipe into the compressed air storage container.
- the invention aims to avoid these disadvantages.
- the invention has for its object to provide a blowing device for removing build-up in storage silos for bulk containers of the type described above, in which contamination of the compressed air storage container and the associated valve system by foreign gases and / or bulk material from the storage silo in question reliably prevents becomes.
- valve closing body is acted upon by a compression spring in the closing direction and thereby also when the compressed air reservoir is not loaded container is held in the closed position.
- inflow of foreign gases or inflow of bulk material from the storage silo in question into the blowing device according to the invention is prevented even when the compressed air storage container is not loaded with compressed air.
- valve closing body is only pressed - as a result of pressurized air - to release the immersion end of the compressed air blowout pipe in the open position when the compressed air flows through the compressed air blowout pipe into the open and consequently the compressed air in the bulk material expands to the desired loosening and thus that To cause the bulk material to flow.
- the compression spring then pushes the valve closing body back into the closed position, i.e. onto the immersion end of the compressed air blow-out pipe forming the valve seat, regardless of whether the compressed air storage container is filled with compressed air again or remains in an unloaded state.
- the compression spring is arranged coaxially to the inlet opening of the compressed air inlet connector and the compressed air blow-out pipe in a guide chamber for the valve closing body between the chamber bottom and the valve closing body.
- the compression spring can be a conventional coil spring or plate spring, while the valve closing body can be designed as a membrane or piston.
- a blowing device for removing accumulations in storage silos for bulk material is realized by air blows, in which the Pneumatically pressed valve closing body in the closed position is additionally loaded with a compression spring such that the valve closing body assumes the closed position even when the compressed air storage container is unloaded, that is, a pneumatic effect on the valve closing body is not exerted at all.
- the valve closing body which is in the closed position even when the compressed air storage container is not loaded, prevents foreign gases and / or bulk material from the storage silo in question from entering the compressed air discharge pipe into the compressed air storage container or the valve system, so that there is no longer a risk of contamination . Consequently, the blowing device according to the invention is practically maintenance-free and is characterized by improved functionality and increased service life.
- a blowing device for removing build-ups in storage silos 1 for bulk material 2 is shown by air blasts 3.
- This blowing device has a compressed air storage container 4 with a compressed air discharge tube 5 immersed in the compressed air storage container.
- the compressed air storage container is connected to a compressed air network 7 by means of a compressed air inlet connection 6.
- a quick exhaust valve 8 is arranged in the compressed air inlet connection 6 and a multi-way valve 9, namely a 3/2-way valve, is arranged upstream of this.
- a valve closing body 10 which can be pressurized with air - in the embodiment example a piston, but it can also be a membrane - between the open position and the closed position.
- valve closing body 10 In the closed position, the valve closing body 10 is pressed against the immersion end 11, formed as a valve seat, of the compressed air blow-out pipe 5.
- the valve closing body 10 is acted upon in the closing direction by a compression spring 12 and is thus held in the closed position even when the compressed air storage container is not loaded.
- the compression spring 12 - a coil spring according to the exemplary embodiment, but it can also be a plate spring or the like - is coaxial with the inlet opening of the compressed air inlet connector 6 and the compressed air blow-out pipe 5 in a guide chamber 13 for the valve closing body 10 between the Chamber bottom and the valve closing body 10 arranged.
- the figures show immediately that for loading ; tion of the compressed air storage tank 4, the multi-way valve 9 is set to "on” and thereby the guide chamber 13th for the valve closing body 10 is connected to the compressed air network 7 via the quick exhaust valve 8.
- the compressed air storage container is filled with compressed air until pressure equalization, so that the blowing device is then ready for operation.
- the quick-release valve 8 is relieved of pressure by switching the multi-way valve 9 to "venting", which now ventilates the guide chamber 13 for the valve closing body 10.
- valve closing body 10 As a result of the excess pressure prevailing in the compressed air storage container, the valve closing body 10 is pushed back against the action of the compression spring 12 in the open position, so that the compressed air can flow through the compressed air blow-out pipe 5 into the open, expand there and bring about the desired loosening in the solid material 2 which has become stuck . After this discharge, the valve closing body 10 is pressed again into the closed position by the compression spring 12, so that no foreign gas and / or bulk material can flow into the compressed air storage container 4 and its valve system from the storage silo 1 in question.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 3 den Gegenstand nach Fig. 1 im Zuge der Druckluftentladung.
