Abstract

Un tel dispositif de raccordement doit d'une part empêcher toute contamination lors de l'ouverture du raccord, d'autre part la liaison des pièces de jonction doit être telle qu'elle rende pratiquement impossible une ouverture intempestive durant le traitement de dialyse. Ceci est obtenu en verrouillant entre elles les deux pièces de jonction (1, 2) à l'aide d'une fermeture à cran (4) et en maintenant ensemble les deux pièces au moyen d'un manchon d'accouplement (3). Une came de sécurité (17) fait saillie à l'intérieur du manchon (3) contre les griffes de la fermeture à cran et rend ainsi impossible son ouverture lorsque le manchon est vissé. Deux canaux (10, 11) s'étendent à travers le dispositif de raccordement; l'un conduit le fluide de traitement, l'autre un désinfectant. A travers des orifices de sortie (15) dans la paroi du deuxième canal (11) le désinfectant parvient dans un espace vide (16) qui entoure la région de raccordement des deux pièces de jonction de manière telle que cet espace est toujours rempli de désinfectant, ou en cas de besoin est rincé par celui-ci.
