Note that the spoon handle forms a cutting blade for the protective sheet of the contents of the container.

Claims (2)

1. Tamper-proof tight-fitting lid for a container having polygonal section, this lid being of a type comprising a hollow frame part (B), arranged to be sealed or otherwise fixed to the edges of the container opening, and an actual lid part (C), arranged to fit tightly in the closed position into the frame part (B) which has the form of a concave dish having a hollowed base, both the frame part (B) and the lid part (C) being attached to each other by a connecting region (A) consisting of a double hinge (7, 8) comprising a single piece integral with said parts during the moulding of the latter in the open position of the lid part (C), said lid being characterised by the fact that the lid part (C), said lid being characterised by the fact that the lid part (C) is in the form of a solid- bottomed convex dish and that the contour of the concave dish forming the frame part and that of said convex dish are shaped so that the latter can be tightly fitted into the upper part of the concave dish of the frame (B), the latter having a greater depth than the dish of the lid (C), so as to provide in the closed position a pre-determined space or compartment between the solid bottom (10) of this latter dish and the hollowed base (1) of the dish of the frame, which has the form of a slightly tapering converging wall in its lower part corresponding to the said compartment.

Lid according to claim 1, characterised by the fact that the hollowed base (1) of the said concave dish of the frame (B) is adapted to hold a medicine spoon (11), arranged diagonally to the hollowed area and fixed at several points of attachment (13) to the edge of the latter, the solid bottom (14) of the dished lid (C1) proper being shaped so as to provide a recess (15) approximately corresponding to the shape of said medicine spoon, when the lid is in the closed position and fitted into the frame (B1).
