Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung entsprechend dem Oberbegriff des ersten Patentanspruchs.The invention relates to a device according to the preamble of the first claim.
Vorrichtungen zum Spannen von Druckplatten auf dem Zylinder einer Druckmaschine sind bereits aus verschiedenen Veröffentlichungen bekannt geworden. Diese Spannvorrichtungen sind größtenteils als Spannschienen ausgebildet, die zum Befestigen der Druckplatte mit Klemmitteln zum Klemmen der Druckplatte und mit Spannmitteln z.B. Schrauben versehen sind. Diese ragen durch die Spannschienen hindurch, stützen sich gegen eine Wandfläche eines Zylinderkanals ab, in dem die Spannvorrichtung angeordnet ist, und müssen vom Bedienungspersonal betätigt werden. Diese Spannvorrichtungen ermöglichen dann, eine Druckplatte bestimmter Länge auf dem Plattenzylinder in Umfangsrichtung zu spannen und ggf. in Umfangsrichtung zu justieren z.B. dann, wenn die Druckplatte zum Zylinder schief steht. Dadurch, daß die Spannschienen im Zylinderkanal paarweise angeordnet sind, ist es sehr zeitraubend, die Druckplatte exakt auf dem Plattenzylinder registergenau zu befestigen.Devices for clamping printing plates on the cylinder of a printing press have already become known from various publications. Um ein exaktes und schnelles Aufspannen einer Druckplatte zu ermöglichen, ist bereits eine Vorrichtung (DE-PS 2 200 187) bekannt geworden, bei der eine in die Spannschiene eingeklemmte Druckplatte durch einen Hebelmechanismus schnellspannbar ist. Dabei ist die Spannschiene auf einem Spannwinkel befestigt und mittels Spannschrauben auf dem Spannwinkel verschiebbar. Durch den Hebelmechanismus, der an dem Spannwinkel angreift, kann die in den Spannschienen geklemmte Druckplatte durch Verschieben des Spannwinkels gespannt werden. Eine in diesem Hebelgestänge angeordnete Feder soll dann auch während des Druckbetriebes dafür Sorge tragen, daß die Druckplatte optimal gespannt ist. Obwohl diese Vorrichtung einen Hebeltrieb zum Verschieben des Spannwinkels aufweist und auch ein vergrößerter Spannweg vorhanden ist, ist sie zum schnellen Spannen von Druckplatten im eigentlichen Sinn nicht geeignet, da das Spannen der Druckplatte nach wie vor durch die Spannschrauben in den Spannschienen erfolgt.In order to enable an exact and quick clamping of a pressure plate, a device (
Der Erfindung liegt deshalb die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Vorrichtung zu schaffen, die ein schnelles und einfaches Spannen von Druckplatten ermöglicht.
