A circuit breaker with fuse holder according to Claim 1 wherein one at least of the contacts (17A,17B) is formed by two resiliently deformable contact blades (20) which are disposed generally parallel to each other, characterised in that the actuating element (33) carried y the fuse holder (11) is disposed in a region of the latter, the path of movement of which sweeps through the space between said blades (20) when said holder (11) goes from one of its extraction or closed positions to the other, and that said actuating element (33) is of a width (L1), in a transverse direction, that is slightly greater than the width (L2) of said space between said blades (20) when the latter are in the rest position.

A circuit breaker with fuse holder according to either one of Claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the actuating element (33) carried by the fuse holder (11) is a lever which is mounted pivotally on said fuse holder (11 ) and which has two arms, namely a first arm (34) capable of engaging into the recess (13) in the fuse holder (11) for housing a cartridge fuse, and a second arm (35) capable of actuating the disconnection switch (23) to the closed position.
4. A circuit breaker with fuse holder according to Claims 2 and 3 in combination, characterised in that the lever forming the actuating element (33) carried by the fuse holder (11) is mounted freely pivotally thereon.

A circuit breaker with fuse holder according to either one of Claims 3 and 4, characterised in that the lever forming the actuating element (33) carried by the fuse holder (11) is an elbow lever which is mounted pivotally by way of its elbow portion on said fuse holder (11) and the two armes (34, 35) of which each respectively extend on respective sides of said elbow portion.
6. A circuit breaker with fuse holder according to any one of Claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the fuse holder (11) has at least one shoulder (36) for defining one of the extended or retracted positions of the actuating element (33) carried thereby.
7. A circuit breaker with fuse holder according to Claim 6, characterised in that said shoulder (36) defines one and the other of the extended and retracted positions of said actuating element (33).
8. A circuit breaker with fuse holder according to any one of Claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the actuating element (3) carried by the fuse holder (11) is mounted with frictional engagement thereon.
9. A circuit breaker with fuse holder according to any one of Claims 1 to 8 wherein the fuse holder (11) is capable of acting on the disconnection switch (23) by means of an intermediate member (25) which is carried by the body (10) and which is mounted movably therein, characterised in that the path of movement covered by the actuating element (33) carried by said fuse holder (11) when it passes from its extraction position to its closed position interferes with said intermediate member (25) when said actuating element (33) is in the extended position and only in such a case.
