Claims (8)

1. Fenêtre ou porte, de préférence fenêtre ou porte pivotante et basculante, avec des pièces de palier (5, 26) placées dans les angles de l'espace entre le châssis du dormant et le châssis du battant, et dans laquelle les pièces de palier monobloc, pourvues de deux branches (7, 8; 29, 33) formant l'une avec l'autre un angle droit, sont maintenues exclusivement au moyen d'une vis de blocage (9, 27) appuyée par son extrémité libre dans une rainure réceptrice (13) du châssis du dormant et guidée dans un taraudage (10, 28), tandis que les deux branches sont engagées dans une rainure réceptrice du châssis du dormant (2),
caractérisée en ce que le taraudage (10, 28) forme un angle aigu par rapport au plan médian longitudinal (11) de la pièce de palier, la vis de blocage (9, 27) s'appuie par son extrémité libre contre une paroi et/ou contre le fond (12) de la rainure réceptrice (13), et les deux branches de la pièce de palier présentent sur un bord longitudinal des nez d'accrochage ou des nervures d'accrochage (15, 30; 21, 41) qui, lorsque la vis de blocage est serrée, s'engagent sous un rebord de la rainure réceptrice, au moins une branche (8) de la pièce de palier comportant une face de butée associée à la face longitudinale (23) limitant intérieurement le rebord (22) de la rainure, cette face de butée formant, après mise en place de la pièce de palier dans la rainure réceptrice, une arête oblique avec la face longitudinale (23) limitant intérieurement le rebord (22), ou bien constituant une surface inclinée qui, lors du serrage de la vis de blocage, assure d'abord un appui linéaire contre la face longitudinale limitant le rebord, dans la projection de la branche (8) sur le côté extérieur de la nervure d'accrochage (21).
2. Fenêtre ou porte pivotante et basculante avec un palier inférieur de pivotement et de basculement dont la pièce de palier fixée sur le châssis du dormant est de forme coudée, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la branche verticale (7), pourvue d'un nez d'accrochage (15) sur un bord longitudinal, est montée tournante dans la rainure réceptrice (16) d'un profilé vertical (17) du châssis du dormant, et la branche horizontale (8), pourvue d'une nervure d'accrochage (21) sur son côté éloigné du nez d'accrochage (15), est introduite dans la rainure réceptrice d'un profilé horizontal du châssis du dormant, la vis de blocage (9) étant prévue dans la région de l'exrémité libre de la branche horizontale (8).
3. Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la branche horizontale (8) présente, sur ses deux côtés longitudinaux, des faces de butée (19, 20) limitant la profondeur d'introduction dans la rainure réceptrice (13).

Fenêtre ou porte selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la nervure d'accrochage (21) engagée sous le rebord de la rainure réceptrice du profilé horizontal du châssis du dormant, la face de butée (24) et la face de butée (19) horizontale limitant la profondeur d'introduction de la branche horizontale (8), délimitent une encoche recevant le rebord (22).
5. Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la profondeur de l'encoche va en diminuant depuis son extrémité voisine de la vis de blocage (9) jusqu'à la région du coude de la pièce de palier de forme coudée.
