Claims (13)

1. 2. Machine according to Claim 1, characterized in that the groove 14 is circular and in that the mobile system comprises a rotating ring 31 mounted in rotation about the bush 29, 30 and bearing a radial arm 39 at the outer end of which is mounted the cutting tool 46.

Machine according to Claim 2, characterized in that the cutting tool 46 is fast with a fork joint 42 mounted to pivot on the outer end of the radial arm 39 about a radial axis 43 perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the ring 31 and in that a roller 44, mounted in rotation in the fork joint 42 about a second radial axis 45 perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the ring 31 rolls on a ring 47 surrounding with clearance the rotating ring 31 and movable in translation along the axis of rotation of the ring 31 in order to control the position of the cutting tool.
4. Machine according to Claim 3, characterized in that the ring 47 rests by at least three impressions on as many spherical caps 48 borne by the rods of jacks 49 for controlling the axial translations of the ring 47 which is elastically returned towards these jacks 49.

Machine according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the presser plate 5 presents, on its face opposite the fixed plate 1, and between its groove 14 and its central opening 13, a plurality of suction nozzles 16 opening into at least one annular channel 17 placed in communication with a source of depression to apply part of the web 85 of the supple packaging material obturating the central opening 2 in the fixed plate 1 against the presser plate 5 during cut-out of a sheet.

Machine according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the web 85 of supple material is maintained and displaced between the fixed plate 1 and the presser plate 5 by a step-by- step advance device, comprising at least one pair of pincers 68 adapted to be displaced over guides 70 along the fixed plate 1 by at least one fork 63 mounted to pivot about an axis 64 transverse to the direction of displacement of the web 85 on the fixed plate 1 and manoeuvred by a jack 66.

Machine according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the opposite faces of the packaging heads 22, 25 are provided with complementary radial teeth 23, 28 to start creasing of a sheet that they are gripping, so as to package the object in a sheet creased on its periphery, the axis common to the packaging heads 22, 25 and to the bush 29, 30 being vertical, the mobile head 22 being disposed above the fixed head 25 in the same way as the presser plate 5 is disposed above the fixed plate 1..

Machine according to one of Claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the mobile packaging head 22 is suspended with lost stroke on the rods of jacks 19 mounted on gantries 18 fast with the presser plate 5 on either side of its central opening 13, by means of diametrically opposite tabs 20, presenting openings traversed by the rods of jacks 19 of which the ends bear stops 21 for driving the tabs 20 which are shaped as offset ears 24 to join the face of the mobile head 22 which is not turned towards the fixed head 25.

Machine according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the presser plate 5 is mounted to slide along columns 4 connecting to the fixed plate 1 fixed cross-pieces 8 bearing jacks II for controlling the displacements of the presser plate 5 towards the fixed plate 1, by their rods provided at their free end with spherical caps 12 cooperating with impressions in the presser plate 5, which is elastically returned towards the fixed crosspieces 8 by springs 10 abutting on the one hand against the fixed plate 1, on the other hand against the bottom of sleeves 7 borne by lateral tabs 6 of the presser plate 5, and traversed with guiding by the columns 4.

12. Machine according to any one of Claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the sealing member 82 is a head for welding thermoplastics materials.
13. Machine according to any one of Claims 1 to 12, characterized in that it comprises a label- holder, manoeuvered by an, axial jack 81 and coming to cover the packaged object.
