Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Ausbildungsschießgerät der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Art.The invention relates to a training shooting device specified in the preamble of claim 1.

Training guns of various designs are known for learning to shoot with cannons. In most cases, these are devices that are anchored by special adaptation in the full-caliber gun barrel of the respective weapon system and where sub-caliber ammunition is fired from a barrel inserted into the gun barrel. See e.g. B. GB-A-356839. These training shooting devices usually allow the aiming process to be reproduced realistically, but not the process of loading the weapon and handling the ammunition.

The invention therefore sets itself the task of creating a training shooting device in which the loading process and the handling of the ammunition corresponds more to reality than in the known systems. According to the invention, this is achieved with a training shooting device of the type specified in the characterizing part of claim 1, by using a full-caliber cartridge stub case known from cannon ammunition with a combustible cartridge case for receiving and supplying the sub-caliber ammunition into the cartridge chamber of the sub-caliber tube. The central insertion of the sub-caliber cartridge into the cartridge chamber of the exercise device already adapted in the cannon is ensured by the cartridge-like outer shape of the full-caliber cartridge stub sleeve. However, the direct centering of the sub-caliber ammunition in the cartridge chamber of the training shooting device is also advantageous. Through the use of the full-caliber cartridge stub sleeve, it is also possible to actuate the breech of the weapon as in the case of a sharp shot, possibly fully automatically, and also to adjust the subsequent sequence until the shot is fired by the sharp shot in that, according to a further proposal, the Invention in the bottom of the cartridge an adaptation of the electrical contact to the electrical firing mechanism of the original gun breech is provided.

For the secure connection and mounting of the sub-caliber ammunition with or on the cartridge stub sleeve, the invention provides for a laterally open slot corresponding to the cartridge base of the sub-caliber ammunition to be formed at the front end of a central attachment of the cartridge base and the sub-caliber cartridge after insertion into the slot by means of a Secure the retaining pin against accidental falling out.

In contrast to the sharp shot, in which the breech opens automatically, the breech has to be opened manually after firing the shot on the training shooting device, because the recoil forces of the practice ammunition are not sufficient to open the original breech. In order to facilitate the removal of the cartridge stub sleeve from the cartridge chamber, the invention provides for three stub sleeve ejection pins distributed axially displaceably in a centering device arranged in the area of the cartridge chamber of the sub-caliber tube. According to further proposals of the invention, the ejection can be accomplished both mechanically and by utilizing the gases that develop during the shot. In one case, the ejection pins are each arranged displaceably against the force of a compression spring, in the other case, the end of the ejection pins, which is designed as a piston, is connected via holes to the sub-caliber pipe so that a part of the propellant gases located behind the sub-caliber floor is directed via these holes to the Piston surface can act. By means of a check valve closing after the tube, a predetermined amount of gas is enclosed in a storage space until after opening the closure this amount of gas can move the piston with the ejection pin and push the cartridge stub sleeve out of the cartridge chamber. For this purpose, it is further provided to release gas relief bores in the piston housing and the centering device after covering a predetermined distance through the piston, through which the gas can flow out after the cartridge stub sleeve has been expelled.

The invention is shown in the drawing in an embodiment and is explained below with reference to this. Show it
  • Figure 1 is a fully installed training shooting device according to the invention in a longitudinal section and
  • Figure 2 is a partial sectional view of the training shooter with a mechanical or a gas pressure sleeve ejection system.

According to the figures, the sub-caliber tube 4 is arranged in the cannon tube 1 by means of the centering disks 3, 3 'and 3 ". The adjusting ring 21 serves for the axial adjustment of the entire plug-in system in the tube 1. The sub-caliber cartridge 5 is, as can be seen particularly from FIG. inserted into the cartridge chamber of the tube 4, where it engages with the edge of the cartridge case under the edge 7, which also serves as a cartridge holder as well as an extractor, on the pin-shaped extension 22 of the cartridge stub case 2, the length of which is preferably 1 1/2 to 2- The axially displaceable contact pin 8 is arranged centrally in the extension 22, with its rear end being connected to the pole piece 10. For the purpose of establishing a secure contact with the bottom of the sleeve the cartridge 5 is arranged within the insulation 9, the compression spring 12, which is supported on the one hand against the pole piece 10 and on the other hand against a collar formed on the contact pin 8. To hold the sub-caliber cartridge 5 securely on the attachment 22, the cartridge holding pin 11, which is under the action of a compression spring, is arranged with its tip above the attachment 22.

In the lower part of Figure 2, a mechanically acting sleeve ejection system is shown that has the ejector pin 20 under the action of the compression spring 23, which is guided and held in an opening in the centering disk 3 with centering rings 6 so that the pin 20 is in the cartridge chamber the tube 1 inserted cartridge stub sleeve 2 is pressed by the force of the spring 23 against the bottom of the cartridge stub sleeve 2 and strives to push it out of the cartridge chamber, which is possible and takes place when the breech, not shown, of the weapon is open or after Shot is opened.

In the upper part of Figure 2, a gas-pressure sleeve ejection system is shown, in which the one end of the pin 20 is extended to the piston 16, which is guided axially displaceably in the housing 24 against the pressure of the return spring 19, the housing 24 in turn in the Centering disc 3 and the casing 25 of the tube 4 is attached. Via the gas storage space 15 and the bore 13 in the tube 4, the piston 16 is held in connection with the interior of the tube 4, the bore 13 being arranged at a point, seen in the firing direction, in front of the tip of the sub-caliber cartridge. With 14, the check valve inserted into the tube casing 25 is designated, which has the task, after firing the sub-caliber cartridge flowing behind the projectile and from the inside of the tube 4 through the bore 13 into the gas storage space 15 to prevent gas from coming back into to flow back inside the pipe, d. H. to keep the gas in the gas space 15 until after opening the breech after the shot by moving the piston 16 in the direction of the cartridge stub sleeve 2, while at the same time pushing it out of its cartridge chamber by means of the pin 20, it can relax. When the piston 16 is displaced far enough, it releases the relief bore 17 in the piston housing 24 and the gas present can flow out to the rear via the bore 17 and the bore 18 formed in the centering disk 3.

Both in the mechanical and in the gas-pressure-actuated sleeve ejection system, precautions must be taken to ensure that the cartridge stub sleeve 2 does not jam within the cartridge chamber when it is ejected. This is best achieved if three ejection pins of one or the other system are arranged distributed over the circumference. Appropriate precautions would of course also be possible to achieve the desired effect with a different number of ejection pins.

To load the weapon, the cartridge 5 is first fastened to the peg-shaped extension 22, it being held by the edge 7 and the holding pin 11. Thereupon the cartridge stub sleeve 2 together with the cartridge 5 is inserted into the weapon, namely the cartridge 5 into the cartridge chamber of the tube 4 and the cartridge stub sleeve 2 into the cartridge chamber of the tube 1. After the gun has been aligned and the shot has been fired, the breech is opened manually, whereupon the cartridge stub sleeve 2 with the sub-caliber sleeve held on it is pushed out of the cartridge chamber of the tube 1 or the sub-caliber tube 4 by the ejection pins 20. After removing the sub-caliber sleeve, a new cartridge can be attached to the neck 22 of the cartridge stub sleeve 2 and the whole process can be repeated.
