Description

The invention relates to a device for storing rails for rail vehicles, in which the rails are attached to bearing plates, sleepers or the like, which are supported by elastic intermediate layers against bearing frames, at least the sections or sections of the elastic extending in the direction of the rails Intermediate layers are arranged obliquely so that they form an angle with an imaginary vertical line.

In the known devices of the aforementioned type, all sections or sections of the elastic intermediate layers form an equally large angle with the imaginary vertical line. Since the angle with the imaginary vertical line should be as optimal as possible with regard to the expected load in the outer sections or sections of the elastic intermediate layers running in the direction of the rails, it is because the angle that the inner sections or sections form the elastic intermediate layers with the imaginary vertical line is relatively large at high stress, for example in track arches, to a nodding of the bearing plates, sleepers or the like.

The invention has for its object to provide a device for storing rails for rail vehicles, which does not have the aforementioned disadvantage.

The solution to the problem in a device of the type mentioned is that the angle that the outer section or the outer portion of each elastic intermediate layer forms with the imaginary vertical line is greater than the angle that the inner section or forms the inner section with the imaginary vertical line, the angle which each outer section or each outer section of the elastic intermediate layer forms with the imaginary vertical line expediently between 15 ° and 80 ° and the angle that each inner section or each inner section of the elastic intermediate layers forms with the imaginary vertical line, is between 0 ° and 45 °.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the elastic intermediate layers extend over the entire circumference of the bearing plates, sleepers or the like, and the two angles are aligned in the sections of the elastic intermediate layers running transverse to the rails.

The device shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 for storing rails for rail vehicles consists of bearing frame 1, bearing plates 2 and elastic intermediate layers, which in the present case are formed by outer sections 31 and inner sections 32 which run in the direction of the rails 4. The rails 4 are fastened to the bearing plates 2 in the usual way. The bearing plates 2 are supported via the sections 31 and 32 of the elastic intermediate layers against the bearing frame 1. The bearing frame 1 can have a base plate 5 or be open. The sections 31 and 32 of the elastic intermediate layers can be designed as rubber-metal bearings. The outer sections 31 of the elastic intermediate layers form an imaginary vertical line 6 Angle a, while the inner sections 32 of the elastic intermediate layers form an angle b with an imaginary vertical line 7, the angle a being greater than the angle b.
