Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Garantie-Verschlusskapsel aus Kunstharz für Flaschen, insbesondere für Mineralwasser, Bier u.dgl. Getränke enthaltende Flaschen. Es ist bereits eine Garantie-Verschlusskapsel aus Kunststoff für Flaschen od. dgl. vorgeschlagen worden - siehe DE-A-2312487 mit einem einen spitzen Winkel mit scharfer ringförmiger Kante bildenden Kragen, wobei beim Entfernen der Verschlusskapsel von der Flasche durch einen Öffner keine gut sichtbare Beschädigung zurückbleibt.
  • Bekanntlich werden mit Mineralwasser, Bier u.dgl. Getränken gefüllte Flaschen mit sogenannten Kronenkapseln aus Metall, die mit Hilfe geeigneter Falzvorrichtungen angebracht werden, verschlossen (siehe z. B. DE-C-1 432200).
  • Diese metallenen, durch Falzen angebrachte Kronenkapseln sollen einerseits einen dichten Verschluss bewirken und andererseits auch eine Garantie gegen Missgriffe in Bezug auf den ursprünglichen Inhalt der Flaschen darstellen.
  • Es ist jedoch festgestellt worden, dass solche Metallkapseln praktisch leicht von den Flaschen entfernt und ebenso leicht wieder an diese angebracht werden können, ohne dass der durchschnittliche Verbraucher ein unbefugtes Handhaben bzw. eine Verletzung der Kapsel feststellen kann.
  • Es ist nämlich hinreichend, eine Metallscheibe z.B. ein Geldstück auf die Kapsel zu legen und dann mittels eines als Hebel wirkenden Kapselziehers bekannter Bauart die Kapsel abzuziehen, wobei an der Kapsel keinerlei offensichtlich feststellbare Spuren einer Verletzung zurückbleiben.
  • Es ist auch festgestellt worden, dass derartige Metallkapseln ihrem gestanzten Umfangsrand entlang und im Bereich der gefalzten Rillen nicht selten verrosten.
  • Ausserdem sind diese Metallkapseln, wenn sie einmal ohne den oben erwähnten Behelf der Metallscheibe entfernt wurden, nicht mehr zum normalen Verschliessen der Flaschen, insbesondere zur Sicherstellung eines gasdichten Abschlusses bei Brausegetränke enthaltenden Flaschen wiederverwendbar.
  • Die Erfindung stellt sich zur Aufgabe, die aufgeführten Nachteile und Mängel der bisher bekannten Kronenkapseln zu beseitigen. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe erfindungsgemäss durch eine Garantie-Verschlusskapsel aus Kunstharz für Flaschen, insbesondere für Mineralwasser, Bier u.dgl. Getränke enthaltende Flaschen nach dem beiliegenden Anspruch.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird im Folgenden anhand der Zeichnung näher beschrieben. Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 einen vertikalen Schnitt durch die erfindungsgemässe Kapsel in Verschlussstellung an einer nur teilweise dargestellten Flasche;
    • Fig. 2 eine gleichartige Darstellung, wie in Fig. 1, wobei ein herkömmlicher Kapselzieher an die Kapsel zum Abziehen derselben von der Flasche angesetzt ist;
    • Fig. 3 einen vertikalen Schnitt durch die erfindungsgemässe Kapsel, nachdem diese mittels des hebelförmigen Kapselziehers von der Flasche abgezogen wurde.
  • Die in der Zeichnung mit 10 bezeichnete Verschlusskapsel aus Kunstharz weist einen von ihrem Innenumfang etwas vorspringenden Bund 11 auf, mit dem sie den Flaschenmund übergreift und in eine am Aussenumfang des Flaschenhalses ausgebildete Hohlkehle einschnappt, um so die Flasche 13 abdichtend zu verschliessen. Ausserdem besitzt die Kapsel 10 unterhalb des Bundes 11 einen dünner gehaltenen ringförmigen Fortsatz 12, der bei an die Flasche angebrachter Kapsel im wesentlichen koaxial zur Flaschenachse und mit einem geringen Abstand vom Flaschenhals zu stehen kommt (Fig. 1).
  • Die Verschlusskapsel 10 aus Kunstharz wird unter Druckanwendung über den Flaschenmund geschoben und bleibt infolge ihrer Elastizität in dieser Verschlussstellung verrastet, wie bereits beschrieben. Soll die Kapsel 10 von der Flasche abgenommen werden, so erfolgt dies mittels eines üblichen hebelförmigen Kapselziehers 14.
  • Der Kapselzieher 14 wird, wie in Fig. 2 dargestellt, derart an die Kapsel angesetzt, dass sein oberes Ende 14a die obere Aussenfläche der Kapsel 10 übergreift und sein Greifzahn 14b zwischen Fortsatz 12 und Hals der Flasche 13 eingreift. Wird nun der Kapselzieher 14 in Richtung des Pfeiles F betätigt, so lässt sich die Kunstharzkapsel 10 von der Flasche ebenso leicht abziehen, wie eine übliche Metallkapsel.
  • Beim Abziehen der Kapsel 10 von der Flasche 13 werden nun durch den Greifzahn 14b des Hebelabziehers 14 ausgeprägte Verletzungen 12a am dünner gehaltenen, ringförmigen Fortsatz 12 der Kapsel 10 verursacht. Diese Verletzungen 12a der Kapsel 10 sind derart offensichtlich, dass ein unbefugter Eingriff an der Kapsel bzw. am Flascheninhalt dem Verbraucher nicht entgehen kann.
  • Nach Entfernung der ursprünglich vom Hersteller des Getränkes angebrachten Kapsel 10 kann der Verbraucher diese Kapsel weiter verwenden, um den gegebenenfalls nicht voll aufgebrauchten Inhalt der Flasche z.B. ein Brausegetränk, vor dem Entfliehen des Brausegases zu bewahren, bzw. die Flasche gasdicht abzuschliessen.
  • Durch den Umstand, dass die Kapsel 10 aus Kunstharz besteht, ist auch dafür gesorgt, dass sie nicht durch Verrostung unbrauchbar wird.
  • So werden mit der erfindungsgemässen Kapsel 10 aus Kunstharz die eingangs besprochenen, den bekannten Metallkapseln anhaftenden Mängel wirksam beseitigt.

Claims (1)

1. Garantie-Verschlusskapsel aus Kunstharz für Flaschen, insbesondere für Mineralwasser, Bier u.dgl. Getränke enthaltende Flaschen, mit einem unterhalb eines von ihrem Innenumfang vorspringenden Bundes (11), mit dem sie in eine die Flasche (13) dichtfest abschliessende Stellung schnappt, angeordneten ringförmigen Fortsatz (12), der beim Anbringen der Kapsel an die Flasche (13) im wesentlichen koaxial zur Flaschenachse und mit geringem Radialabstand vom Flaschenhals zu stehen kommt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ringförmige Fortsatz (12) einen sich zylinderförmig über den ganzen Umfang ununterbrochen erstreckenden Verlauf aufweist, wodurch beim Einwirken auf die Verschlusskapsel mit einem herkömmlichen Flaschenöffner (14) nach Art eines Hebels die Verschlusskapsel von der Flasche abgezogen wird, während der ringförmige Fortsatz (12) durch die Wirkung des herkömmlichen Hebelöffners in offensichtlicher Weise verletzt wird (12a, Fig. 3).
