Abstract

Appareil coupe-légumes comprenant, dans un châssis une grille à couteaux (6), un chemin de guidage (7) pour le légume à couper, un poussoir (19) pressant le légume à couper à travers la grille à couteaux.
Un couvercle (9) ferme le châssis (2,3,4,5) à l'endroit du chemin de guidage (7). Des dispositifs de verrouillage (12,17;39) interdisent l'enclenchement du moteur dans toute position non fermée du couvercle (9) ou l'ouverture du couvercle (9) pendant la phase de travail du moteur, ou la rotation du moteur lors de l'ouverture du couvercle (9).
Applicable aux appareils coupe-légumes domestiques.
