Abstract

Настоящее изобретение обеспечивает резьбовое соединение для труб и способ изготовления резьбового соединения для труб. Резьбовое соединение для труб включает в себя ниппель (4), муфту (5) и слой (6) покрытия из сплава Zn-Ni. Ниппель (4) имеет контактную поверхность (40) со стороны ниппеля, которая включает в себя резьбовой участок (41) со стороны ниппеля. Муфта (5) имеет контактную поверхность (50) со стороны муфты, которая включает в себя резьбовой участок (51) со стороны муфты. Слой (6) покрытия из сплава Zn-Ni образован по меньшей мере на одной из контактной поверхности (40) со стороны ниппеля и контактной поверхности (50) со стороны муфты. Слой (6) покрытия из сплава Zn-Ni состоит из Zn, Ni, следового количества Cr и примесей. Следовое количество Cr в слое (6) покрытия из сплава Zn-Ni составляет 5,010 отсчетов в секунду или более в пересчете на интенсивность Cr, измеренную с помощью масс-спектрометрии вторичных ионов с использованием ионов Oв качестве бомбардирующих ионов.
