Настоящее изобретение относится к новым производным пиразоло[1,5-a]пиримидина формулы (I) или их фармацевтически приемлемым солям, биологически активным метаболитам, пролекарствам, рацематам, энантиомерам, диастереомерам, сольватам и гидратам, являющимся позитивными аллостерическими модуляторами ГАМК-В рецепторов. Изобретение также относится к способу получения таких соединений. Кроме того, изобретение относится к фармацевтическим композициям, включающим в себя такие соединения необязательно в сочетании с двумя или более различными терапевтическими агентами, а также к применению таких соединений в способах лечения заболеваний и состояний, опосредованных и модулированных механизмом позитивной аллостерической регуляции ГАМК-В рецепторов. Изобретение также предлагает способ приготовления лекарственных средств, применимых для лечения таких расстройств.
