Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу ферментации для производства лактата магния из источника углерода, включающему стадии обеспечения ферментационной среды, содержащей ферментируемый источник углерода, в реакторе для ферментации, ферментации ферментационной среды с помощью микроорганизма, продуцирующего молочную кислоту, в присутствии щелочной соли магния с получением ферментационного бульона, содержащего лактат магния, и извлечения твердого лактата магния из ферментационного бульона, содержащего лактат магния, при этом в течение по меньшей мере 40% рабочего времени процесса ферментации концентрация твердого лактата магния в ферментационном бульоне поддерживается в диапазоне 5-40 об.%, в пересчете на кристаллы твердого лактата магния относительно общей массы ферментационного бульона. Способ по изобретению обеспечивает стабильную работу при высокой производительности, а также эффективное разделение продукта.
