Abstract

Настоящее изобретение предлагает способ получения уксусной кислоты карбонилированием метанола, предусматривающий пропускание исходного материала, содержащего метанол, моноксид углерода и воду, через реакционную область, загруженную катализатором, содержащим кислотное молекулярное сито с адсорбированным органическим амином, и осуществление реакции в следующих условиях для получения уксусной кислоты. Способ согласно настоящему изобретению обеспечивает высокую селективность по отношению к уксусной кислоте и хорошую устойчивость катализатора. Катализатор согласно настоящему изобретению не содержит благородных металлов, таких как родий или иридий, и не нуждается в дополнительном агенте, содержащем йод, и, таким образом, не образуется йодистоводородная кислота, вызывающая сильную коррозию, и т.п.
