Abstract

Данное изобретение относится к способу получения материала, содержащего прозрачную основу, покрытую пакетом тонких слоев, которые осаждены посредством катодного напыления, необязательно с применением магнитного поля, содержащим по меньшей мере один функциональный металлический слой на основе серебра и по меньшей мере два противоотражающих покрытия, причем каждое из противоотражающих покрытий содержит по меньшей мере один диэлектрический слой, таким образом, что каждый функциональный металлический слой расположен между двумя противоотражающими покрытиями, где данный способ включает последовательность следующих стадий: (a) осаждают противоотражающее покрытие, содержащее по меньшей мере один тонкий слой на основе кристаллического оксида никеля, после чего (b) осаждают по меньшей мере один функциональный металлический слой на основе серебра выше и в контакте с тонким слоем на основе кристаллического оксида никеля.
