Abstract

Система для радиационного досмотра движущегося объекта содержит источник излучения и датчик излучения. Лучи, излучаемые источником излучения, ограничены в области сканирования. Область сканирования задана первой граничной поверхностью и второй граничной поверхностью. Кроме того, система содержит множество обнаруживающих блоков (110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160), расположенных последовательно вдоль коридора обнаружения, срабатывающих и передающих сигнал при обнаружении, что движущийся объект прибывает или отъезжает; и модуль управления, используемый для приема сигналов, передаваемых множеством обнаруживающих блоков (110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160), и управления источником излучения в соответствии с принимаемым сигналом. Обнаруживающие блоки (110, 120, 130) с первого по третий из множества обнаруживающих блоков (110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160) расположены на одной стороне области сканирования и вблизи первой граничной поверхности. Обнаруживающие блоки (140, 150, 160) с четвертого по шестой из множества обнаруживающих блоков (110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160) расположены на другой стороне области сканирования и вблизи второй граничной поверхности. Системой и способом можно осуществлять радиационный досмотр движущихся объектов, перемещающихся во множестве направлений.
