Abstract

Предложены способы, относящиеся к превращению источников углеводов в гексаметилендиамин (ГМДА) и промежуточные соединения, подходящие для получения гексаметилендиамина и других промышленных химических веществ. ГМДА получают путем прямого восстановления фурфурольного субстрата в 1,6-гександиол в присутствии водорода и гетерогенного катализатора восстановления, содержащего Pt, или косвенным восстановлением фурфурольного субстрата в 1,6-гександиол, при этом 1,2,6-гексантриол получают путем восстановления фурфурольного субстрата в присутствии водорода и катализатора, содержащего Pt, и затем 1,2,6-гександиол преобразовывают в 1,6-гександиол гидрированием в присутствии катализатора, содержащего Pt, и затем с помощью известных методов, таких как аминирование 1,6-гександиола, приводят к получению ГМДА. Также описаны катализаторы, пригодные для прямого и косвенного получения 1,6-гександиола.
