Abstract

Изобретение относится к медицине и биологии и может быть использовано, в частности, для диагностических и исследовательских целей для определения характеристик системы свертывания крови и ее компонентов. Задачей настоящего изобретения является исследование пространственной динамики факторов свертывания в процессе роста фибринового сгустка и оценка роли факторов свертывания в различных фазах процесса свертывания крови в гетерогенной системе, что позволяет диагностировать отдельные заболевания и оценивать активность препаратов, влияющих на параметры свертывания крови. Поставленная задача решена путем создания способа определения пространственно-временного распределения активности протеолитического фермента в гетерогенной системе, в котором обеспечивают систему in vitro, которая содержит образец исследуемой среды, выбранной из группы, состоящей из плазмы крови, цельной крови, воды, лимфы, коллоидного раствора, кристаллоидного раствора или геля, и распределенный в образце протеолитический фермент или его предшественник, добавляют в систему in vitro флуорогенный субстрат с последующим высвобождением метки при расщеплении указанного субстрата протеолитическим ферментом, освещают образец исследуемой среды в заданные моменты времени для возбуждения сигнала флуоресценции метки, регистрируют одновременно с освещением в заданные моменты времени пространственное распределение сигнала флуоресценции метки в образце, получают из совокупности пространственных распределений сигнала флуоресцентной метки для заданных моментов времени пространственно-временное распределение активности протеолитического
