Abstract
Изобретение относится к конденсатору серной кислоты, имеющему сторону технологического газа и сторону переносящей тепло среды, этот конденсатор имеет конфигурацию для питания горячим технологическим газом, содержащим конденсируемый компонент, через впуск конденсирующей части, и далее имеет конфигурацию для вывода охлажденного технологического газа через выпуск конденсирующей части, и далее также имеет конфигурацию для вывода конденсата в положении, близком к концу конденсатора, и указанный конденсатор имеет сторону технологического газа, разделенную на зону охлаждения технологического газа, конфигурированную с наличием напуска холодной переносящей тепло среды и выпуска нагретой переносящей тепло среды, и зону подогрева вниз по потоку технологического газа в секции охлаждения, конфигурированную для подогрева технологического газа, а также относится к способу конденсации и получения серной кислоты с использованием такого конденсатора.
