Abstract
Представлены способы получения iPSCs и представляющих интерес дифференцированных клеток путем перепрограммирования донорских клеток, полученных неинвазивным способом. В частности, донорские клетки представляют собой отслоившиеся эпителиальные клетки из мочи (мочевые клетки). Дифференцированные клетки могут быть получены путем дифференцировки перепрограммированных iPSCs или путем прямого перепрограммирования мочевых клеток.
