Abstract

Для получения гибкой и эластичной теплоизолированной трубы стабильного качества путем предотвращения преждевременной реакции вспенивания теплоизоляционного материала, обеспечения стабильности процесса вспенивания и его управляемости внешнюю защитную трубу-оболочку экструдируют соосно рабочей трубе посредством экструзионной головки с угловым течением полимерных материалов и формуют в виде винтовой поверхности, а во внутреннюю полость между внешней защитной трубой-оболочкой и рабочей трубой подают вспенивающийся материал, образующий слой теплоизоляции между внешней защитной трубой-оболочкой и рабочей трубой, при этом температуру вспенивающегося теплоизолирующего материала поддерживают посредством системы кондиционирования, охлаждающей каналы устройства подачи и смешения вспенивающихся теплоизолирующих материалов и одновременно являющейся для них элементом их позиционирования.
