Abstract

Объектом настоящего изобретения является пневматическая шина, содержащая арматуру гребня, образованную по меньшей мере двумя рабочими слоями гребня нерастяжимых усилительных элементов, по меньшей мере одним слоем окружных усилительных элементов, радиально расположенным между двумя рабочими слоями гребня, при этом рабочие слои гребня, смежные со слоем окружных усилительных элементов, соединяют друг с другом по обе стороны от экваториальной плоскости и в осевом продолжении слоя окружных усилительных элементов по осевой ширине, а затем разъединяют. Согласно изобретению, в радиальном направлении под рабочим слоем гребня, радиально смежным и внутренним относительно слоя окружных усилительных элементов, размещают первый дополнительный слой полимерной смеси шириной, по меньшей мере, равной ширине 1 зоны соединения рабочих слоев гребня, и максимальной толщиной, меньшей двукратной толщины слоя окружных усилительных элементов, и его, по меньшей мере, частично накладывают в радиальном направлении на зону соединения рабочих слоев гребня.
