Abstract
Установка (1) для сгущения и способ сгущения, приспособленные для жидкостей, несущих взвешенные частицы, например, шламов, содержащих минералы. Установка включает бак (2), в котором происходит отстаивание твердых веществ, питающий резервуар (4), который включает камеру, снабженную средством приема загружаемого материала (11), например шлама, и по меньшей мере одно выпускное отверстие (5), гидравлически сообщающееся с баком, а также средство распределения материала внутри бака, средство поставки загружаемого материала (11), по меньшей мере шлама, в питающий резервуар, и при этом внутри питающего резервуара расположена отдельная смесительная зона (12) для загружаемого материала (11), в которой установлен по меньшей мере один горизонтальный элемент (7, 15, 22, 23), перекрывающий, по меньшей мере частично, поперечное сечение питающего резервуара; при этом обеспечена возможность протекания загружаемого материала (11) из указанной смесительной зоны в другую секцию (14) питающего резервуара.
