Abstract

Предложены новые композиции фармацевтической лекарственной формы с модифицированным высвобождением, где композиция содержит по меньшей мере один антибиотик(и) или его фармацевтически приемлемые соли, сложные эфиры, полиморфы, изомеры, пролекарства, сольваты, гидраты или производные в качестве активного ингредиента по меньшей мере с одним модифицирующим высвобождение агентом (агентами) для регулирования высвобождения бета-лактамного антибиотика необязательно с одним или несколькими другими фармацевтически приемлемыми наполнителями, где лекарственная форма обеспечивает высвобождение не более чем около 60% антибиотика приблизительно через 30 мин и не менее чем около 70% антибиотика после 8 ч, когда ее подвергают исследованию растворения in vitro или при испытании in vivo. Кроме того, композиции по данному изобретению при испытании на группе здоровых людей обеспечивают среднюю пиковую концентрацию в плазме (C) через по меньшей мере около 0,5 ч после введения лекарственной формы. Данное изобретение относится также к способу получения такой лекарственной формы и к способам применения такой лекарственной формы.
