Abstract

Способ производства прокатализатора для производства линейных полимеров этилена низкой плотности, включающий стадии контакта:(a) неорганического носителя;(b) соединения алюминия, имеющего формулу (1)RAlCl(1)где R является гидрокарбильной группой C-Cили гидрокарбилоксигруппой C-Cи n равно 1 или 2;(c) соединения или смеси, содержащей гидрокарбил и/или оксид гидрокарбила, связанный с магнием;(d) титанового соединения, имеющего формулу (2)(OR')TiCl(2)где R' является гидрокарбильной группой C-Cи х является целым числом от 0 до 4;(e) донора электронов.Изобретение также содержит способ изготовления катализатора полимеризации, его компонентов и способ производства полиэтилена с использованием упомянутых компонентов.
