Abstract

Двухстадийная фильтрующая система для обработки волокнистого растительного материала, в частности материалов из масличных семян, таких как хлопья из семян канолы, из которых экстрагировано масло, для отделения малоценного волокнистого материала от растворимого материала и неструктурированного растворимого в воде материала более высокой ценности. В фильтрующую систему поступает суспензия растительного материала, и данная система обеспечивает пропускание суспензии через фильтр первой стадии, который представляет собой фильтр с вращаемым движителем (импеллером) для разделения суспензии на фильтрат и влажный ретентат. Влажный ретентат подвергается дополнительному фильтрованию на второй стадии компрессионной фильтрации или в центрифуге для удаления дополнительной воды. Мелкие частицы неструктурированного нерастворимого материала удаляются в фильтрат.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
