Abstract
В заявке описан способ удаления остаточных летучих соединений из термопластичных полимеров. При дегазации полимеров предлагаемым в изобретении способом 1) из расплавленного полимера формируют основной поток, 2) из жидкого вспенивающего агента формируют один или несколько вторичных потоков жидкости, 3) вторичный поток или вторичные потоки жидкости добавляют к основному потоку путем распыления, разделяя таким путем каждый вторичный поток на несколько отдельных потоков, с получением предварительной смеси расплавленного полимера и вспенивающего агента, 4) предварительную смесь расплавленного полимера и вспенивающего агента подают в статический смеситель, а затем в расширительную камеру, в которой от расплавленного полимера при пониженном давлении отделяют остаточные летучие соединения и вспенивающий агент, и 5) расплавленный полимер, не содержащий остаточных летучих соединений и вспенивающего агента, отводят из расширительной камеры. В заявке описана также установка для удаления из термопластичного полимера остаточных летучих соединений. Такая установка содержит линию подачи расплавленного полимера, камеру добавления вспенивающего агента, в которую входит линия подачи расплавленного полимера и через которую в качестве основного потока проходит расплавленный полимер, одну или несколько линий для добавления к расплавленному полимеру вспенивающего агента в виде одного или нескольких вторичных потоков жидкости, которая(ые) соединена(ы) с камерой добавления вспенивающего агента и имеет(ют) расположенный(ые) на конце(ах) распылитель(и), который(е) делит(ят) вторичный поток жидкости или вторичные потоки жидкости на
