Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу изготовления устойчивого к коррозии ребристого материала для струйной обработки (с твердостью более 60 HRC) на основе сплава железа, хрома и углерода. При этом гранулят из сплава железа, хрома и углерода закаливают до твердости более 60 HRC тем, что его подвергают тепловой обработке при температуре более 900°С в восстанавливающей атмосфере. Таким образом, получают неокисляющийся твердый материал, который можно дробить о зерна с острыми кромками. В результате образуется материал для струйной обработки с отличными свойствами для обработки поверхности деталей из нержавеющего материала, как например, высококачественной стали, цветного металла, природного камня.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
