Abstract

(57) Предложено устройство для соединения трубчатых изделий, в частности свай и свайных муфт, в котором первая труба вводится во вторую трубу (2). Первая труба имеет первый кольцевой паз (10) и второй кольцевой паз (12), а вторая труба имеет первую группу защелок (8) и вторую группу защелок (8'), упруго смещенных для сцепления с первым и вторым пазами соответственно. Когда защелки сцеплены с пазами, осевое перемещение предотвращается за счет имеющихся на защелках и в пазах в них упоров, при этом одна группа защелок предотвращает осевое перемещение в одном направлении, а другая группа - в другом осевом направлении. Согласно изобретению защелкивающееся сцепление возможно только при нахождении первой группы защелок в первом пазу и второй группы защелок во втором пазу. Этим достигается надежное соединение и возможность использования предпочтительных элементов (30), выступающих из защелок одной из групп через наружный кожух второй трубы. Могут быть предусмотрены средства для быстрого расцепления труб. В другом варианте устройства, содержащем группу защелок (118), входящих в паз (117'), ограниченный кольцевой упорной поверхностью (117), расцепление защелок (118) выполняется путем их отвода болтами (123), которые проходят до наружной поверхности трубы (110).Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
