Предложены гели и вязкие среды на основе гемицеллюлозы, способы их получения, продукты, содержащие такие гели и/или вязкие среды и различные виды их применения. Предложены также улучшенные способы осуществления окислительного желирования гемицеллюлозы, позволяющие избежать необходимость добавки перекиси водорода.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
