Abstract
Изобретение обеспечивает изолированный штамм микроорганизма Lactobacillus brevis TAK 124-1 NCIMB42149, который применяется для обеспечения аэробной стабильности корма и улучшения сбраживания корма, для увеличения концентрации молочной и уксусной кислот, снижения уровня рН, следовательно, сокращения потерь питательных веществ в корме. L. brevis TAK 124-1 подавляет действие патогенов (клостридий и энтеропатогенов), дрожжей и грибков в корме. Пищевая добавка, содержащая упомянутый микроорганизм, помогает продлить срок хранения корма.
