Claims (14)
1. Fremgangsmåde til beskyttelse af varmevekslerrør (10) i kedelanlæg (1) med mindst ét varmevekslerrør (10), der er omgivet af en keramisk komponent (6), hvortil røggas strømmer på mindst to modstående sider, hvor gas tilføres et rum (48, 49, 50), der støder op til varmevekslerrøret (10) og komponenten, hvor gassen tilføres af et gasrør (13) ført i den keramiske komponent (6).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at gassen tilføres ved anvendelse af en blæser (9).
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at den keramiske komponent (6) er opbygget af en flerhed af keramiske elementer og den tilførte gas føres i den keramiske komponent.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den tilførte gas’ gastryk indstilles ved hjælp af en blæser (9), således at ikke for meget gas passerer den keramiske komponent (6) og ind i forbrændingskammeret (3), og at der på den anden side opbygges et tilstrækkeligt modtryk over hele længden af varmevekslerrøret (10) for at forhindre indtrængen af røggasser til varmevekslerrøret (10).
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den tilførte gas bringes op til de kraftigst belastede områder af varmevekslerrøret.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at gassen tilføres af gasrøret, der ender i området af en bøjning af et varmevekslerrør, der er bøjet i en U-form og nedhængt i kedelanlæggets forbrændingskammer.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at gassen tilføres på flere steder.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at gassen tilføres ved hjælp af en flerhed af åbninger (51, 52, 53), der er tilvejebragt i gasrøret (13) placeret med afstand langs varmevekslerrøret (10).
9. Anordning med et varmevekslerrør, hvis periferioverflade er omgivet af mindst én keramisk komponent (6) og en gastilførsel (12) til et rum (48, 49, 50), der støder op til varmevekslerrøret (10) og komponenten (6), hvor gastilførslen (12) har et gasrør (13) ført i den keramiske komponent (6).
10. Anordning ifølge krav 9, kendetegnet ved, at gastilførslen (12) har en blæser (9).
11. Anordning ifølge krav 9 eller 10, kendetegnet ved, at den keramiske komponent er opbygget af en flerhed af keramiske elementer.
12. Anordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9 til 11, kendetegnet ved, at varmevekslerrøret er bøjet i en U-form og gastilførslen ender i området for bøjningen.
13. Anordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at gasrøret (13) har en flerhed af åbninger (51, 52, 53) placeret med afstand langs varmevekslerrøret (10).
14. Anordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9 til 13, kendetegnet ved, at den keramiske komponent (6) har mindst to blokformede keramiske elementer (7), der har bueformede bølger i tværsnit og er fastgjort til hinanden med gensidigt flugtende bølgedale, således at to varmevekslerrørsektioner kan placeres i to modstående bølgedale (38, 39) og en gasføringsrørsektion kan placeres mellem disse bølgedale i to modstående bølgedale (40, 41).
