Claims (12)

  1. PATENTKAV
    1. Fremgangsmåde til beskyttelse af varmevekslerrør i kedelanlæg (1) med mindst ét varmevekslerrør (10), der er omgivet af en keramisk komponent (6), mod hvilken gas strømmer ffa mindst to modstående sider, hvor den keramiske komponent er opbygget af flere keramiske elementer, den tilførte gas føres i den keramiske komponent, og gas tilføres af en blæser (9) i et rum (48, 49, 50), der er dannet af varmevekslerrøret (10) og den keramiske komponent (6), således at gassen mellem varmevekslerrøret og den keramiske komponent beskytter varmevekslerrøret, ved at et let overtryk på tilstrømmende gas forhindrer indtrængning af røggas gennem spalter mellem de keramiske elementer af den keramiske komponent til varmevekslerrørene.
  2. 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at gastrykket på den tilførte gas justeres med blæseren, således at ikke for meget gas kommer gennem den keramiske komponent (6) ind i forbrændingskammeret (3), og ved, at der på den anden side opbygges et modtryk over hele længden af varmevekslerrørene (10) for at forhindre indtrængning af røggasser til varmevekslerrørene (10).
  3. 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at gassen tilføres flere steder.
  4. 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den tilførte gas bringes frem til de termisk kraftigst belastede områder af varmevekslerrørene.
  5. 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at gastilførslen ender i området af en bue i et varmevekslerrør, der er bøjet i en U-form og nedhængt i kedelanlæggets forbrændingskammer.
  6. 6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at gassen tilføres på det varmeste sted mellem varmevekslerrøret (10) og den keramiske komponent (6).
  7. 7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at gassen tilføres gennem et gasrør (13), der er ført i den keramiske komponent (6).
  8. 8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at gassen tilføres gennem flere åbninger (51, 52, 53), der er tilvejebragt i gasrøret (13) og placeret med afstand langs varmevekslerrøret (10).
  9. 9. Anordning med et varmevekslerrør, hvis periferiflade er omgivet af mindst én keramisk komponent (6), og en gastilførsel (12) til et rum (48, 49, 50), der støder op til varmevekslerrøret (10), og den keramiske komponent (6), hvor gastilførslen (12) har en blæser (9), den keramiske komponent er opbygget af flere keramiske elementer, og der er spalter mellem de keramiske elementer, således at den tilførte gas kan beskytte varmevekslerrøret mellem varmevekslerrøret og den keramiske komponent, ved at et let overtryk på tilstrømmende gas forhindrer indtrængning af røggas gennem spalter mellem de keramiske elementer af den keramiske komponent til varmevekslerrørene.
  10. 10. Anordning ifølge krav 9, kendetegnet ved, at gastilførslen (12) har et gasrør (13), der er ført i den keramiske komponent (6).
  11. 11. Anordning ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved, at gasrøret (13) har flere åbninger (51, 52, 53), der er placeret med afstand langs varmevekslerrøret (10).
  12. 12. Anordning ifølge et af kravene 9 til 11, kendetegnet ved, at varmevekslerrøret er bøjet i en U-form, og gastilførslen ender i buens område.
