Claims (10)

1. Lægemiddelfremføringsanordning (1) med en beholder (2), der definerer et hulrum (3) til et lægemiddel, og en prop (4) til proksimal afgrænsning af hulrummet (3) og fortrængning af lægemidlet fra hulrummet (3) , hvilken lægemiddelfremføringsanordning (1) yderligere omfatter en indretning til bestemmelse af en position (x) af proppen (4) i forhold til beholderen (2), idet indretningen omfatter en lydkilde (5), der er konfigureret til at udsende et lydsignal, og en lydsensor (6), der er konfigureret til at påvise et lydsignal, en processorenhed (10) til at styre lydkilden (5) og behandle det påviste lydsignal til bestemmelse af egenskaber for lydsignalet, der svarer til positionen (x) af proppen (4), der er kendetegnet ved, at lydkilden (5) er justeret ind, så den sender lydsignalet ind i et resonansvolumen (7), der defineres i én rumlig dimension ved hjælp af positionen af proppen (4), hvor processorenheden (10) er konfigureret til at variere frekvensen (f) af det udsendte lydsignal inden for et forudbestemt frekvensinterval, hvor processorenheden (10) er konfigureret til at påvise en overtone (fi(x), f2 (x) , f3 (x) , £a (x) ) af en resonansfrekvens fk, der er karakteristisk for det resonansvolumen (7), der er forbundet med positionen (x), hvor resonansvolumenet (7) defineres mindst delvist i en proksimal ende af beholderen (2), og/eller hvor en rørdel (9) med i det væsentlige den samme indvendige diameter som beholderen (2) er anbragt proksimalt tilgrænsende til beholderen (2) til mindst delvis definering af resonansvolumenet (7).
2. Indretning ifølge krav 1, der er kendetegnet ved, at lydkilden (5) er justeret ind, så den sender lydsignalet gennem en proksimal åbning i beholderen (2) mod proppen (4), hvor processorenheden (10) er konfigureret til at styre lydkilden (5) til udsendelse af en kodet lydbølge (U) og bestemme en forsinkelse eller et faseskift af den påviste lydbølge, der er forbundet med positionen (x).
3. Indretning ifølge krav 2, der er kendetegnet ved, at lydbølgen (U) er en ultralydbølge (U).
4. Indretning ifølge et af kravene 2 eller 3, der er kendetegnet ved, at lydkilden (5) og lydsensoren (6) er integreret i en lydomformer, der kan skiftes operativt til at fungere som enten lydkilden (5) eller lydsensoren (6).
5. Indretning ifølge krav 1, der er kendetegnet ved, at det forudbestemte frekvensinterval er udvalgt således, at det svarer til mindst en del af et interval af lineær frekvensrespons af lydkilden (5) .
6. Fremgangsmåde til bestemmelse af en position (x) af en prop (4) i forhold til en beholder (2) i en lægemiddelfremføringsanordning (1), hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinene: - udsendelse af et lydsignal fra en lydkilde (5) , påvisning af et lydsignal forårsaget af det udsendte lydsignal ved hjælp af en lydsensor (6), behandling af det påviste lydsignal til bestemmelse af egenskaber for lydsignalet, der svarer til positionen (x) af proppen (4), ved hjælp af en processorenhed (10), der er kendetegnet ved, at lydkilden (5) er justeret ind, så den sender lydsignalet ind i et resonansvolumen (7), der defineres i én rumlig dimension ved hjælp af positionen af proppen (4), hvor frekvensen (f) af det udsendte lydsignal varieres inden for et forudbestemt frekvensinterval, hvor der påvises en overtone (fi(x), f.2 (x) , f3 (x) , f4 (x) ) af en resonansfrekvens f*, der er karakteristisk for det resonansvolumen (7), der er forbundet med positionen (x), hvor resonansvolumenet (7) defineres mindst delvist i en proksimal ende af beholderen (2), og/eller hvor en rørdel (9) med i det væsentlige den samme indvendige diameter som beholderen (2) er anbragt proksimalt tilgrænsende til beholderen (2) til mindst delvis definering af resonansvolumenet (7).
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, der er kendetegnet ved, at lydkilden (5) er justeret ind, så den sender lydsignalet gennem en proksimal åbning i beholderen (2) mod proppen (4), hvor lydkilden (5) styres til udsendelse af en kodet lydbølge (U) , og hvor der bestemmes en forsinkelse eller et faseskift af den påviste lydbølge, der er forbundet med positionen (x).
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, der er kendetegnet ved, at lydbølgen (U) er en ultralydbølge (U).
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 6 eller 7, der er kendetegnet ved, at lydkilden (5) og lydsensoren (6) er integreret i en lydomformer, der kan skiftes operativt til at fungere som enten lydkilden (5) eller lydsensoren (6).
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, der er kendetegnet ved, at det forudbestemte frekvensinterval er udvalgt således, at det svarer til mindst en del af et interval af lineær frekvensrespons af lydkilden (5) .
