Claims (16)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling afen antirefluks- og/eller antiregurgitations-babymælk i form af et pulver, omfattende trinnene at: a) fremstille en flydende babymælkebase, hvis tørstofindhold er på mindst 20 vægtprocent, ved at blande, under omrøring, ved en temperatur på mindst 60°C, væsentlige bestanddele af den flydende base, idet bestanddelene omfatter i) mindst et amideret og lavesterificeret pectin, ii) mindst et fortykningsmiddel og/eller geleringsmiddel valgt fra xanthan gummi, carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxymethylcellulose, methylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, og guargummi, og eventuelt iii) mindst et højesterificeret pectin, b) homogenisere den opnåede flydende base ved slutningen af trin a) ved fraktionering af de væsentlige bestanddele under et første trin i) udført ved et tryk beliggende mellem 100 og 300 bar og under et trin ii) udført under et tryk beliggende mellem 10 og 60 bar, c) spraytørre blandingen opnået ved slutningen af trin b), og d) udvinde antirefluks- og/eller antiregurgitations-babymælken opnået ved slutningen af trin c) som et pulver.
2. Fremgangsmåde til at fremstille en antirefluks- og/eller antiregurgitations-babymælk i form af et pulver ifølge krav 1, omfattende trinnene at: a) fremstille en flydende babymælkebase, hvis tørstofindhold er på mindst 20 vægtprocent, ved at blande, under omrøring, ved en temperatur på mindst 60°C, de væsentlige bestanddele af sammensætningen, b) homogenisere den opnåede flydende base ved slutningen af trin a) ved fraktionering af de væsentlige bestanddele under et første trin i) udført under et tryk beliggende mellem 100 og 300 bar og under et trin ii) udført under et tryk beliggende mellem 10 og 60 bar, c) påføre den flydende base opnået ved slutningen af trin a) eller ved slutningen af trin b) en varmebehandling ved en temperatur beliggende mellem 60°C og 110°C i et tilstrækkeligt tidsrum til at pasteurisere basen, d) spraytørre blandingen opnået ved slutningen af trin c), og e) udvinde antirefluks- og/eller antiregurgitations-babymælken opnået ved slutningen af trin d) som et pulver.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at tørstofindholdet af den flydende base er på mindst 35 vægtprocent.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at trin a) til fremstilling af den flydende base udføres under omrøring ved en temperatur beliggende mellem omkring 60°C og omkring 90°C, og opretholdes med omrøring indtil homogeniseringstrinnet.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved at homogeniseringstrinnet i) udføres under et tryk beliggende mellem omkring 170 bar og omkring 200 bar, og homogeniseringstrinnet ii) udføres under et tryk beliggende mellem omkring 30 bar og omkring 40 bar.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved at de væsentlige bestanddele af babymælken yderligere omfatter forkogt og/eller forgelatineret stivelse.
7. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved at babymælken omfatter en proteinfraktion indeholdende en hovedandel af hydrolyserede proteiner.
8. Antirefluks- og/eller antiregurgitations-babymælk i form af et pulver som kan opnås ved hjælp af en fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7.
9. Babymælk i form af et pulver ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved at den omfatter mindst 94% tørstof.
10. Antirefluks- og/eller antiregurgitations-babymælk i form af et pulver omfattende mindst et amideret og lavesterificeret pectin, og mindst et fortykningsmiddel og/eller geleringsmiddel valgt fra xanthangummi, carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxymethylcellulose, methylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, og guargummi.
11. Antirefluks- og/eller antiregurgitations-babymælk ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved at dens proteinfraktion indeholder en hovedandel af hydrolyserede proteiner og/eller aminosyrer i en blanding.
12. Antirefluks- og/eller antiregurgitations-babymælk ifølge krav 10 eller 11, kendetegnet ved at den yderligere omfatter mindst et højesterificeret pectin.
13. Antirefluks- og/eller antiregurgitations-babymælk ifølge kravene 10 til 12, kendetegnet ved at den pr. 100 gram tørstof omfatter 0,5 til 10 gram pectin og 0,5 til 4 gram af det valgte fortykningsmiddel.
14. Antirefluks- og/eller antiregurgitations-babymælk ifølge krav 13, kendetegnet ved at det valgte fortykningsmiddel er xanthan.
15. Babymælk rekonstitueret fra sammensætningen i form af et pulver ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 10 til 14, kendetegnet ved at den er flydende ved pH 7 og viskøs ved en pH beliggende mellem 6 og 3,5, i særdeleshed ved en pH beliggende mellem 5,8 og 5.
16. Rekonstitueret babymælk ifølge krav 15, kendetegnet ved at viskositeten af mælken, ved en pH beliggende mellem 5,5 og 3,5, er beliggende mellem 200 mPa.s og 300 mPa.s.
