Claims (13)
1. Kranstyresystem til at fastlægge egnede realtidsdriftsbetingelser for en kran (10), som er indrettet til at løfte en last fra et skibsfartøj (14), hvilket system omfatter: mindst et billeddannelsesmiddel (19, 20, 21), som er forbundet med kranen (10); et behandlingsmiddel (22); og et hukommelsesmiddel (23) ; hvor billeddannelsesmidlet eller billeddannelsesmidlerne (19, 20, 21) er indrettet til at optage billeder af fartøjet (14), når det generelt befinder sig under kranen og ligger inden for kranens rækkevidde; hvilket behandlingsmiddel ud fra de optagne billeder kan anvendes til at beregne bevægelsesparametre, som karakteriserer skibets bevægelse i forhold til kranen; hvilket system er kendetegnet ved, at hukommelsen indeholder data om ydeevne, der viser kranens (10) driftstekniske egenskaber, og lastdata, der viser vægten af lastens individuelle genstande (27); hvilket behandlingsmiddel (22) desuden er konfigureret til at sammenligne de beregnede bevægelsesparametre med dataene om ydeevne og lastdataene og til at fastlægge sikre driftsbetingelser for kranen (10) ud fra sammenligningen.
2. System ifølge krav 1, hvor behandlingsmidlet (22) ud fra sammenligningen er konfigureret til at fastlægge sikre områder af fartøjet (14), hvorfra der skal løftes en last (27).
3. System ifølge krav 1 eller krav 2, hvor bevægelsesparametrene indbefatter et eller flere parametre, der er udvalgt fra gruppen, der omfatter: fartøjets (14) position i forhold til kranen (10); fartøjets (14) bevægelseshastighed (ved duvning, rulning og/eller løft); og fartøjets (14) acceleration.
4. System ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor dataene om ydeevne omfatter en lasttabel vedrørende kranen (10).
5. System ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor billeddannelsesmidlet eller billeddannelsesmidlerne (19, 20, 21) er tilvejebragt i form af et videokamera, som er monteret på kranen (10).
6. System ifølge et af de foregående krav, yderligere omfattende et display (24) , som kan betjenes via behandlingsmidlet for at give en operatør af kra- nen (10) et visuelt billede af det eller de sikre områder af fartøjet (14), hvorfra der skal løftes en last (27).
7. System ifølge et af de foregående krav, hvor lastdataene desuden omfatter data, der viser vægten og/eller størrelsen af lastens individuelle genstande (27); og behandlingsmidlet (22) ud fra de optagne billeder kan anvendes til identificere kendetegn (28), som en eller flere individuelle genstande (27) af lasten er forsynet med, og til at relatere kendetegnene (28) til lastdataene, således at vægten og/eller størrelsen af genstanden eller alle genstande (27) af lasten automatisk fastlægges.
8. Fremgangsmåde til drift af en kran (10), som er indrettet til at løfte en last fra et skibsfartøj (14), hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: optagelse af videobilleder af fartøjet (14), når det generelt befinder sig under kranen (10) og ligger inden for rækkevidden af kranen (10); behandling af billederne via et behandlingsmiddel (22) til beregning af bevægelsesparametre, som karakteriserer fartøjets (14) bevægelse i forhold til kranen (10); hvilken fremgangsmåde er kendetegnet ved, at dataene om ydeevne, som viser kranens (10) driftstekniske egenskaber, og fragtdata, som viser vægten af lastens individuelle genstande (27), lagres i hukommelsesmidlet (23); hvilken fremgangsmåde desuden omfatter trinnet, hvor de beregnede bevægelsesparametre sammenlignes med dataene om ydeevne og lastdataene, og hvor der ud fra sammenligningen fastlægges sikre driftsbetingelser for kranen (10).
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, yderligere omfattende trinnet, hvor der ud fra sammenligningen fastlægges sikre områder af fartøjet (14), hvorfra der skal løftes en last.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8 eller krav 9, hvorved bevægelsesparametrene indbefatter et eller flere parametre, der er udvalgt fra gruppen, som omfatter: fartøjets (14) position i forhold til kranen (10); fartøjets (14) bevægelseshastighed (ved duvning, rulning og/eller løft); og fartøjets (14) acceleration.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 8 til 10, hvorved dataene om ydeevne omfatter en lasttabel vedrørende kranen (10).
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 8 til 11, yderligere omfattende trinnet, hvor der på et display (24), som kan betjenes via behandlingsmidlet (22), vises et visuelt billede af det sikre område eller alle sikre områder af fartøjet (14), hvorfra der skal løftes en last.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 8 til 12, hvorved lastdataene desuden omfatter data, der viser vægten og/eller størrelsen af lastens individuelle genstande (27); og fremgangsmåden desuden omfatter trinnet, hvor der ud fra de optagne billeder identificeres kendetegn, som en eller flere individuelle genstande (27) af lasten er forsynet med, og hvor kendetegnene (28) relateres til lastdataene, således at vægten og/eller størrelsen af genstanden eller alle genstande (28) af lasten automatisk fastlægges.
