Claims (9)
1. System omfattende en ultralydssonde og et bånd til at fastgøre ultralydssonden til huden, hvor ultralydssonden har en sondeoverflade til transmission af ultralydsimpulser fra en ultralydstransducer, og hvor båndet er fastgjort til sondeoverfladen og er anbragt til at klæbe sonden til huden, hvilket bånd omfatter: en ultralydsgennemtrængelig klæbende silikonegel til at sende ultralyd fra ultralydstransduceren til legemet, hvor den ultralydsgennemtrængelige klæbende silikonegel omfatter silikonegel behandlet med vakuumafgasning, og den ultralydsgennemtrængelige klæbende silikonegel har en sammenhæftningsværdi på 3 til 8 mJ/cm2, når testet under anvendelse af en sondesammenhæftningstest med en stålsonde og en klæbelagstykkelse på 0,25mm.
2. System ifølge krav 1, hvor båndet omfatter en første klæbeflade til fastklæbning af silikonegelen til huden og en anden klæbeflade til fastklæbning af silikonegelen til ultralydssonden.
3. System ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor båndet omfatter to ultralydsgennemtrængelige gellag og strukturlag til at støtte gellagene.
4. System ifølge krav 3, hvor strukturlaget er et ikke-vævet materiale og der er et lag af silikonegel på hver side af det ikke-vævede materiale.
5. Anvendelsen af systemet ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor anvendelsen omfatter at klæbe systemet til huden.
6. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et system omfattende en ultralydssonde og et klæbende silikonebåndprodukt til fastklæben af ultralydssonden til huden, hvor ultralydssonden har en sondeoverflade og det klæbende silikonebåndprodukt har en sammenhæftningsværdi på 3 til 8 mJ/cm2, når testet under anvendelse af en sondesammenhæftningstest med en stålsonde og en klæbelagstykkelse på 0,25 mm, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: at behandle en klæbestofsammensætning eller komponenter af sammensætningen for at fjerne luft eller forhindre dannelsen af luftbobler, for at tilvejebringe et ultralydsgennemtrængeligt klæbestofprodukt, hvor behandlingsprocessen omfatter afgasning af klæbestofsammensætningen eller komponenterne af sammensætningen under vakuum; at overføre klæbestofsammensætningen til et strukturlag og/eller til en form for at danne båndproduktet; og at klæbe båndproduktet til sondeoverfladen.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, hvor den klæbende silikonegel er en blanding af to eller flere komponenter, og en afgasnings- eller luftbobleforebyggelsesbehandling anvendes på hver komponent før blanding.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, omfattende at blande de to komponenter under vakuum og/eller at avende en særlig blandingsindretning til at reducere luftindfangning.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 6 til 8 omfattende, efter et eller flere afgasningstrin, at bryde vakuummet og hærde silikonen for at danne det ultralydsgennemtrængelige silikonegelprodukt.
