Claims (14)

を含む、超音波プローブアセンブリであって、
前記チャンネルは、前記柔軟なカバーが前記能動区域の上に適用されているとき、前記チャンネルが前記超音波トランスデューサ要素間に配置されるように位置づけられ、
前記取付け区域は、当該取付け区域が前記対象者の前記身体表面に合致するように変形され得るように可撓性である、超音波プローブアセンブリ。 - 前記柔軟なカバーが前記結合剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の超音波プローブアセンブリ。
- 前記ポリマー層が前記結合剤で被覆されている、請求項2に記載の超音波プローブアセンブリ。
- 前記結合剤が、対向するポリマー層によって含有され、前記能動区域に面するように配置された少なくとも前記ポリマー層が、前記結合剤に対して多孔性又は浸透性である、請求項2に記載の超音波プローブアセンブリ。
- 前記結合剤が、前記ポリマー層に溶解されるか又は吸収される、請求項2に記載の超音波プローブアセンブリ。
- 前記結合剤が、液体、油、油性乳剤、ワックス、又はゲルである、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載の超音波プローブアセンブリ。
- 前記柔軟なカバーが、当該柔軟なカバーを前記超音波プローブ上に取り付けるために前記柔軟なカバーの縁部に張り付けられたフレームをさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の超音波プローブアセンブリ。
- 前記柔軟なカバーが、当該柔軟なカバーを前記超音波プローブに接着するために接着性縁部領域をさらに含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の超音波プローブアセンブリ。
- 前記柔軟なカバーが、10〜1,000μmの範囲の厚さを有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の超音波プローブアセンブリ。
- 前記柔軟なカバーを前記超音波プローブに張り付ける張付け手段をさらに含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の超音波プローブアセンブリ。
- 前記取付け区域が、波形形状を有し、前記超音波プローブが、柔軟な前記取付け区域に係合する柱状部を有する支持部材をさらに含み、前記柱状部の各々が、個々のトランスデューサ要素を取り付けるための取付け部分に貼り付けられている、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の超音波プローブアセンブリ。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の超音波プローブアセンブリを含む、超音波システム。
- 超音波プローブを身体領域に適用する方法であって、前記方法は、
取付け区域が対象者の身体表面に合致するように変形され得るように可撓性である当該取付け区域、及び、前記取付け区域と超音波プローブによって接触される前記対象者との間の空間を封止するための前記取付け区域のまわりの可撓性リップを有するプローブ本体と、前記取付け区域に取り付けられた複数の超音波トランスデューサ要素を含む能動区域とを含む、当該超音波プローブを用意するステップと、
超音波プローブアセンブリを形成するために、前記超音波プローブの前記能動区域の上に柔軟なカバーを張り付けるステップであって、前記柔軟なカバーは、前記超音波トランスデューサ要素を前記対象者の前記身体表面に結合させるために結合剤を含有するポリマー層と、前記柔軟なカバーと前記身体表面との間から空気を排気するために前記柔軟なカバーを通って延びる規則的パターンのチャンネルとを含み、前記チャンネルは、前記柔軟なカバーが前記能動区域の上に適用されているとき、前記チャンネルが前記超音波トランスデューサ要素間に配置されるように位置づけられる、ステップと、
前記超音波プローブアセンブリを前記身体領域に位置づけるステップと、
前記空間に低圧力を作り出し、それにより、前記柔軟なカバーを前記超音波トランスデューサ要素のそれぞれの表面に合致させるために、前記空間からある量の空気を排気するステップとを有する、方法。 - 前記身体領域にゲルを塗布し、その後、その上に前記超音波プローブアセンブリを位置づけるステップをさらに有する、請求項13に記載の方法。
