Claims (14)
1. Drivdel til at drive en stempelstang i en lægemiddelfremføringsanordning, 5 hvilken drivdel (1) har en længdegående akse (100) med en distal retning (103) og en proksimal retning (104), hvor drivdelen (1) er konfigureret til at blive drevet i en rotationsbevægelse omkring den længdegående akse (100) ved hjælp af en aktueringsdel, hvor drivdelen (1) omfatter et spor 10 (12) med en kontaktflade (120) til overførsel af en drivende belastning fra aktueringsdelen til drivdelen (1), hvor sporet (12) omfatter både sektioner, der går i den distale retning (103), og sektioner, der går i den proksimale retning (104) af drivdelen (1), der er kendetegnet ved, at 15 drivdelen omfatter et påvirkningsspor (14) med en kontaktflade (140) til overførsel af en belastning fra en komponent af påvirkningsmidlet til drivdelen (1) til påvirkning af drivdelen (1) mod en rotation omkring den længdegående akse (100) . 20
2. Drivdel ifølge krav 1, hvor sporet (12) omfatter mindst én dosisindstillingssektion (122) og mindst én dosisdispenseringssektion (125), hvor aktueringsdelen i en samlet form af en 25 lægemiddelfremføringsanordning (4) kommer i kontakt med kontaktfladen (120) på dosisindstillingssektionen (122) til indstilling af en dosis og på dosisdispenseringssektionen (125) til dispensering af en dosis.
3. Drivdel ifølge krav 1, hvor påvirkningssporet (14) omfatter en første omdirigeringssektion (142), der skråner mod den længdegående akse (100) .
4. Drivdel ifølge krav 3, hvor påvirkningssporet (14) omfatter en anden omdirigeringssektion (143), der skråner mod den længdegående akse (100) på en måde modsat den første omdirigeringssektion (142) .
5. Drivdel ifølge krav 4, hvor den første (142) og anden omdirigeringssektion (143) 5 grænser op til hinanden til derved frembringelse af en forsænkning (144) i påvirkningssporet (14).

Drivdel ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, der omfatter et koblingsmiddel, der er konfigureret til at 10 koble en stempelstang (5) til drivdelen (1), således at en relativ translationsbevægelse af drivdelen (1) og stempelstangen (5) muliggøres, og en relativt rotationsbevægelse forhindres. 15 7. 8. Lægemiddelfremføringsanordning ifølge krav 7, der 25 omfatter et påvirkningsmiddel, der er konfigureret til at påvirke drivdelen (1) ved den ene eller begge af afslutningen af en dosisindstillingsoperation og en dosisdispenseringsoperation mod en rotation omkring den længdegående akse. 30

Lægemiddelfremføringsanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7 eller 8, hvor ved afslutningen af en dosisindstillingsoperation påvirkningen, der udøves af påvirkningsmidlet, resulterer i en 35 rotation af drivdelen (1) mod en position i forhold til aktueringsdelen, således at en efterfølgende dosisdispenseringsoperation muliggøres.

Lægemiddelfremføringsanordning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 7 til 9, der omfatter en stempelstang (5) , der er konfigureret til at blive drevet af drivdelen (1) i en 5 dosisdispenseringsoperation, hvor en relativ rotationsbevægelse mellem stempelstangen og drivdelen (1) forhindres, og en relativ aksial bevægelse muliggøres. 10 11. Lægemiddelfremføringsanordning ifølge krav 10, hvor ved afslutningen af en dosisdispenseringsoperation en vridning, der udøves af påvirkningsmidlet, resulterer i en rotation af drivdelen (1), således at stempelstangen (5) bevæges i den proksimale retning (104) til derved muliggørelse 15 af løsnen af en spuns (444) i en patron (442) mod den proksimale retning (104) af lægemiddelfremføringsanordningen (4) .

Lægemiddelfremføringsanordning ifølge et hvilket som 20 helst af kravene 7 til 11, der omfatter en komponent med gevind, der er fastgjort til et hus på lægemiddelfremføringsanordningen, hvor komponenten med gevind er i gevindindgreb med stempelstangen (5).
