Claims (9)

1. 2. Isoleret nukleinsyremolekyle ifølge krav 1, som omfatter en polynukleotidsekvens, der koder for den aktive opløselige alkaliske phosphatase, som i den C-terminale ende omfatter en polyaspartatsekvens Dw (sALP- Dw).
