Claims (12)
- Kalibrerinqssammensætninq for mineralfibre og deraf følgende produkter PATENTKRAV1. En kalibreringssammensætning for mineralfibre indeholdende: en flydende fenol harpiks hovedsageligt bestående af fenol-formaldehyd- og fenoi-formaldebyd-monoethanolamine-kondensater, hvilken flydende fenol harpiks har et frit formaldehydindhold på 0,1% eller mindre udtrykt i vægt i forhold til væskens totale va?gt, et frit fenoilndhold på 0,5% eller mindre udtrykt i vægt i forhold til væskens totale vægt og en vandfortyndbarhed ved 20 ° C på 1000% eller højere og 0 til 40 dele urea per 100 dele efter tørvægt af blandingen som består af harpiksen og urea, en forbindelse som er i stand til at reagere med det frie formaldehydet som er valgt fra gruppen som består af 2,4-pentandion, 2,4-heksandion, 3,5-heptandion, 2,4-oktandion, acetoacetamid, acetoeddiksyre, metylacetoacetat, etylacetoacetat, n-propyl~acetoacetat, isopropyl-acetoacetat, isobutyl-acetoacetat, t-butyl-acetoacetat, n-heksyl-acetoacetat, maionamid, malonsyre, dimetyimalonat, dietylmalonat, di-n-propylmalonat, diisopropyl-maionat, di-n-butylmalonat, acetondikarboksylsyre, dimetyl-acetondikarboksylat, 2-metyl-cyanoacetat, 2-etyl-cyanoacetat, 2-n-propyl-cyanoacetat, 2-isopropyl-cyanoacetat, 2-n-butyl-cyanoacetat, 2-isobutyl-cyanoacetat, 2-tert-butyi-cyanoacetat, 2-cyanoacetamld, propandinltril, trlmetylpropan-trlacetoacetat, trimetylolpropan-tricyanoacetat, 1,3-sykloheksandion og Meldrums syre, hvor indholdet af forbindelsen som er i stand til at reagere med formaldehydet repræsenterer 1 fil 35 dele per 100 dele efter tørvægf af flydende harpiks og hvor det er hensigtsmæssigt af urea.
- 2. Sammensætningen ifølge krav 1, karakteriseret ved, at harpiksen har et formaldehydindhold på 0,1% eller mindre, et frit fenoilndhold på mindre end 0,4% og en vandfortyndbarhed ved 20 ° C på 2000% eller højere.
