Den foreliggende opfindelse angår hidtil ukendte polyfunk-tionelle forbindelser, nærmere bestemt a-acyloxy-N,N'-diacylmalonamider med den i krav l's kendetegnende del anførte almene formel til brug som aktivatorer for per-5 forbindelser. Opfindelsen angår endvidere en fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af de omhandlede forbindelser, og fremgangsmåden er ejendommelig ved det i krav 2's kendetegnende del anførte.
10 Virkningen af vandige opløsninger af perforbindelser som oxidations- og blegemidler bliver først effektiv ved temperaturer på over 70°C, og fortrinsvis mellem 80 og 100°C.
15 Der kendes talrige produkter, der udviser virkninger som aktivatorer for perforbindelser, d.v.s. at de muliggør, at man opnår en hurtigere oxiderende eller blegende virkning af disse forbindelser end sædvanligvis observeret, eller de muliggør, at denne virkning udvikles under 20 temperaturbetingelser, der er væsentligt mildere end de betingelser, det er nødvendigt at anvende i fravær af forbindelserne, og alle disse forbindelser udmærker sig ved, at de har en eller flere perhydrolysable grupper.
25 Inden for blegemiddelområdet har man udviklet en række aktivatorforbindelser kommercielt. Litteraturen på dette område nævner specielt poly-N-acetylerede heterocycliske forbindelser af typen hydantoin, glycoluril, benzimidazol og diketopiperazin. Denne udvikling er imidlertid ikke 30 fortsat, fordi disse forbindelser udviser den væsentlige ulempe, at de er ustabile over for omgivelsernes fugtighed og hydrolyseres spontant, hvorved de hurtigt mister deres aktivator virkning. Endvidere kræver diss.e produkter særlige forholdsregler ved lagring, behandling og tilsæt-35 ning til andre ingredienser, f.eks. sådanne som anvendes i almindeligt vaskepulver. Man har foreslået flere løs- 2 150982 ninger på denne ulempe, såsom indhylning, separat pakning, tilsætning af tørringsmidler, etc., men ingen af disse løsninger har været tilfredsstillende, enten fordi de i praksis rejser tekniske problemer eller fordi de fører 5 til en betydelig prisforøgelse for de aktive stoffer.
Der eksisterer således et industrielt behov for at kunne disponere over aktivatorer for perforbindelser, der er langtidsstabile i fast tilstand under normale lagrings-10 og pakningsbetingelser. Dette behov tilfredsstilles ved aktivatorerne ifølge opfindelsen, der er ejendommelige ved det i krav l's kendetegnende del anførte.
Det er kendt, at man ved indvirkning af et anhydrid 15 af en carboxylsyre på hydrogencyanidsyre eller salt deraf i gode udbytter opnår en a-acyloxymalononitril R^COO-C(CN)(II), og det er ligeledes kendt, at man ved høje temperaturer og i nærvær af en katalytisk mængde perchlorsyre kan gennemføre en addition af en 20 carboxylsyre til en nitril og således opnå N-acylerede amider.
Det har overraskende vist sig, at man ved at behandle en a-acyloxymalononitril med den ovennævnte formel 25 R^C00-C(CN^-R^ (II), hvor R^ og R^ har den i krav l's kendetegnende del anførte betydning, med eddikesyre eller propionsyre kan gennemføre hvad der formelt svarer til en addition af en syre på hver af nitrilogrupperne og opnå a-acyloxy-N,N'-diacylmalonamider (I) under milde 30 betingelser og i gode udbytter.
Det har ligeledes vist sig, at syntesen af α-acyloxy-N,N'-diacylmalonamiderne kan gennemføres direkte ud fra hydrogencyanidsyre eller cyanider ved at behandle disse med 35 propionsyreanhydrid eller acetanhydrid og derpå i et andet trin med den carboxylsyre, der dannes som biprodukt 3 150982 ved reaktionen, i nærvær af forskellige sure katalysatorer uden at isolere den som mellemprodukt dannede a-acyloxymalononitril (II). I dette sidste tilfælde er R^ lig med R^ og R^.

Som katalysatorer ved fremgangsmåden ifølge opfindelsen anvendes fortrinsvis de i krav 4's kendetegnende del anførte.
10 Ved gennemførelsen af fremgangsmåden ifølge opfindelsen kan man enten i vilkårlig rækkefølge blande forbindelse (II), katalysator og syre, der virker som opløsningsmiddel, idet man dog foretrækker forinden at opløse katalysatoren i syren og progressivt sætte denne opløsning 15 til forbindelse (II). Når man som udgangsmateriale anvender hydrogencyanidsyre eller et cyanid, kan man endvidere behandle dette med et svagt overskud af anhydrid i nærvær af en katalytisk mængde triethylamin og derpå, når dannelsen af malononitril er praktisk talt afsluttet, sætte 20 denne reaktionsblanding til en opløsning af den sure katalysator i carboxylsyren.
Tilsætningen af syren til a-acyloxymalononitril kan gennemføres ved en temperatur på 0 - 100°C, fortrinsvis 25 20 - 60°C, idet den optimale værdi, der let kan fastlægges af fagmanden, kan variere efter reaktiviteten af de specielt anvendte reagenser og den anvendte katalysator.
Tilsætningen af anhydridet til hydrogencyanidsyre eller 30 cyanid efterfulgt af en indvirkning af den som biprodukt dannede carboxylsyre på mellemproduktet, gennemføres under samme temperaturbetingelser. Reaktanterne anvendes med fordel i støkiometriske mængder, idet den ene eller den anden dog kan være i underskud eller i overskud 35 i forhold til disse mængder. Katalysatoren kan tilsættes i mængder på 0,01 - 10 vægtprocent af den totale reak- 4 150982 tionsblanding .
De således opnåede α-acyloxy-N,N1-diacylmalonamider er faste stoffer, man kan isolere ved filtrering efter 5 koncentration, og som man renser på i og for sig kendt måde, f.eks. ved omkrystallisering.
De omhandlede hidtil ukendte polyfunktionelle forbindelser virker som aktivatorer for perforbindelser, især 10 natriumperborat og -percarbonat, hvorfor de kan anvendes i blege-, vaske- eller skuremidler.
Opfindelsen illustreres nærmere ved nedenstående eksempler.
15 EKSEMPEL 1 I en 500 ml reaktor indeholdende 16,8 ml 70° Baumé svovlsyre og 67,2 g eddikesyre udhældes i løbet af 90 minutter og under omrøring en opløsning af 77,3 g 1-acetoxy-l,1-20 dicyano-ethan i 67,2 g eddikesyre. Temperaturen holdes ved 50 _- 55°C. 15 minutter efter afslutningen af tilledningen dannes der et omfangsrigt bundfald. Man tilsætter derpå til blandingen 300 ml vand og filtrerer bundfaldet, der derpå udvaskes med 100 ml vand og tørres. Man opsamler 25 104 g a-acetoxy-a-methyl-N,N'-diacetylmalonamid.
Smp.: 192°C, udbytte: 72¾.
Produktets struktur bekræftes af elementæranalyse og IR- samt NMR-spektrene.

5 EKSEMPEL 2 I en 500 ml beholder indeholdende 225 g eddikesyreanhydrid og 6,6 ml triethylamin udhældes i løbet af 1 time og 10 under omrøring 54 g hydrogencyanidsyre. Temperaturen holdes ved 30 - 35°C. Når tilledningen er afsluttet, tilsættes 2 ml triethylamin, hvorpå blandingen opvarmes til 50°C i 5 timer. Efter afkøling udtages 100 g af denne blanding og udhældes i løbet af 30 minutter i 15 en anden reaktor holdt ved 50°C og indeholdende 30 g eddikesyre og 7,5 ml 70° Baumé svovlsyre. Der dannes et bundfald, der behandles i kulden med 200 ml vand, filtreres, udvaskes med 100 ml vand og tørres. Man isolerer således 73,5 g a-acetoxy-a-methyl-N,N'-diacety1-20 malonamid, hvilket svarer til et udbytte på 84% i forhold til den anvendte hydrogencyanidsyre.

Man går frem som i eksempel 1, idet man dog erstatter eddikesyre med propionsyre. Man opnår a-acetoxy-a-methyl-5 N,N'-dipropionylmalonamid med et udbytte på 69%.

35 I den anden sektion anbragtes den samme opløsning, idet der yderligere tilsattes 1 g/1 af den aktivator, der 7 150982 skulle undersøges.
1 hver af sektionerne anbragtes et stykke "EMPA" bomuldsstof imprægneret med standard vinpletter, stammende 5 fra St. Gallen laboratoriet (Schweiz).
Efter 15 minutters vask skylledes bomuldsstofferne ved en strøm af koldt vand, hvorpå de tørredes ved omgivelsestemperaturen.

Blegevirkningen defineres som forskellen mellem hvidheds-indeks (målt ved hjælp af en Carl ZEISS "ELREPHO" spectrophotometer med filter nr. 6) før og efter vask reduceret til en procent af en maksimal hvidhed på 100.

4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 2-3, kendete gn et ved, at den anvendte sure katalysator er valgt blandt perchlorsyre, saltsyre, hydrogen- bromidsyre, phosphorsyre, polyphosphorsyre, p-toluen-sulfonsyre, svovlsyre, aluminiumchlorid, zinkchlorid 15 og bortri fluorid.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 2-4, kendetegnet ved, at den anvendte katalysator tilsættes i mængder fra 0,01 - 10 vægtprocent af den totale reaktionsblanding.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 2-5, kendetegnet ved, at reaktionen gennemføres ved en temperatur på 0 - 100°C.
