Die Erfindung betrifft einen Aufsatzkörper für Dachöffnungen mit einem auf einem Sockel befestigbaren Basisrahmen und mit einer Haube.The invention relates to an attachment body for roof openings with a base frame that can be attached to a base and with a hood.
Derartige Aufsatzkörper sind in verschiedenen Ausführungen bekannt. Der Aufsatzkörper ist ein gesondertes Bauteil, welches nachträglich auf den Sockel gesetzt wird und daran befestigt wird. Bei einer aus der Praxis bekannten Ausführung erfolgt die Befestigung über einen von der Innenseite des Sockels zugänglichen Spannverschluß. Bei anderen Ausführungen wird der Aufsatzkörper mit von der Außenseite des Sockels zugänglichen Schrauben verschraubt. In allen Fällen kann der Aufsatzkörper ohne weiteres demontiert werden, wenn zum Beispiel tagsüber bei geöffneter Haube ein Täter den Spannverschluß oder die Schrauben löst und nachts den Aufsatzkörper abhebt, um dann durch die Dachöffnung in das Gebäude einzusteigen. Versicherungstechnisch wird zwischen Einstieg und Einbruch unterschieden. Der Tatbestand des Einstieges ist durch Eindringen ohne Beschädigung des Aufsatzkörpers gegeben.Such attachments are known in various designs. Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß der Basisrahmen nachgiebig elastisch auf den Sockel abgestützt ist und daß innenseitig am Basisrahmen oder eines Teils davon wenigstens eine Sicherungslasche angreift, die an der Innenseite des Sockels anliegt und mit dieser Innenseite unlösbar verbunden ist. Insbesondere soll die Sicherungslasche mit der Innenseite des Sockels vernietet sein. Diese Verbindung kann nicht gelöst werden. Dementsprechend kann der Aufsatzkörper auch nicht vom Sockel abgehoben werden. Die Sicherungslasche und die nachgiebig elastische Abstützung des Basisrahmens auf dem Sockel sorgen auch für eine hinreichende Abdichtung. Diese Abdichtung bleibt auch erhalten, wenn die Teile des Aufsatzkörpers durch Wärmeeinfluß Materialausdehnungen erfahren. Die dabei entstehenden Spannungen bzw. In Fig. 1 erkennt man einen eine nicht dargestellte Dachöffnung umgebenden Sockel 1 mit einer Auflagerfläche 2 für einen zweiteiligen Basisrahmen 3, 4. Zum Basisrahmen gehört ein Basisinnenrahmen 3 und ein diesen umgebender Basisaußenrahmen 4. Der Basisinnenrahmen 3 und der Basisaußenrahmen 4 weisen an den einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten jeweils im oberen und im unteren Bereich Nuten 5 auf, in die Randwülste 6 eines Abstandhalters 7 eingreifen. Der Abstandshalter 7 gehört zu einem extrudierten Kunststoffprofil mit vom Abstandshalter 7 ausgehenden Dichtlippen 8, die sich beidseits über die oberen und unteren Ränder des Basisinnenrahmens 3 sowie des Basisaußenrahmeris 4 erstrecken.
